The Windsor Hills Community boasts the finest in resort-like amenities including 24 hour guard gated security, clubhouse with fitness centre, 50 seat movie theatre, games room with pool tables, ping pong and arcade games. As well as your own private pool there is the large communal lagoon pool with a water slide and dancing fountains (as of October 2017, new facilities are under construction including an interactive water feature and twin water slides). There is a sundries shop with snacks, drinks and ice creams. If you are into the more active outdoor sports there are tennis and basketball courts located just a short walk from the main clubhouse as well as a jogging trail around the entire community and lake. For the young ones, Windsor Hills offers a huge playground with slides, swings, sand and everything needed to have fun.

Please be aware that this is a self-serve home without daily maid service. Please plan to purchase toiletry such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, garbage bags, detergent, paper towel etc. during your stay. We do provide initial toiletry sets to get you started.

Also be aware that there is a $20/day pool heating fee if you'd like the spa and pool to be heated. We highly recommend pool heating if you're staying between mid-October through mid-May. There is also a one time $60fee if you'd like to use the grill. Please let us know in your booking request whether you'd like these additional services. Note that pool heating and grill usage requests must be made, and paid for, at least 24 hours prior to check-in.
