Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at The Lily Pad in Kissimmee, Florida. The house was exceptionally clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable visit. The layout provided ample room to relax, and the kitchen and common areas were well appointed.The outdoor pool area is a standout — private, well maintained, and perfect for both adults and children. The game room was a huge hit with the kids and provided great entertainment on quieter afternoons. Overall, the property offered a relaxing, family-friendly atmosphere and excellent amenities that made our stay effortless and enjoyable. We would happily recommend The Lily Pad to others visiting the area.

Beautiful home and absolutely perfect for our extended family of 12. We enjoyed the splash pad and waterslides and community pool. But the kids enjoyed the house pool even more. They loved the bedrooms and especially the game room. So much space to all move about. Kitchen worked very well for all as well. Walmart was very close and very convenient. Full of Disney clothing and souvenirs too. Host was very responsive before and during our stay. Everyone wants to come back and stay even longer next time.

We have stayed in a variety of houses around Windsor Hills and love the resort as a whole. This particular house was our favourite layout with 3 main floor bedrooms well spread out and and kitchen/living room all open to the backyard. Staying here for nearly 2 weeks we contacted the property manager a few times and he was always very fast to respond and help us with anything. We even left something behind and he found and mailed it back to us personally!Overall great place and hope to return next year

This home is nothing short of perfect. The theming on the bedrooms upstairs is fun for kids of all ages. The rooms downstairs were great as well and allowed for all of us to unpack and feel right at home. The pool, spa and game rooms were the cherry on top of a perfect Disney area vacation home. The house is very close to grocery stores and restaurants. 15 minutes to any of the Disney parks and Disney Springs. I absolutely would rent this property again.

Wonderful place.
