The Magical Paradise is a short walking distance to the clubhouse and Sir Windsor's Water Park.

This beautiful recently remodeled home features comfort like you've never experienced before. You will be spoiled in the large temperature controlled Theater Room with the 120 inch screen, phenomenal projector and leather reclining theater seats. You will enjoy the Dolby surround sound system. Not only will you be able to watch your favorite cable TV show but you also will have the option to watch the hundreds of preloaded movies, play multiple games on our Xbox ONE, watch Blue-Rays or login to your own personal accounts on Amazon, Netflix and more.

There is a large Roku smart TVs in every bedroom. The Mandalorian and Mickey & Minnie themed bedrooms have a game system with games. Game systems are Playstation 4, and Xbox One. There is a large Roku Smart TV in the living room. There are lots of board and card games and children books.

The kitchen and dining area features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a dining table that can seat 10 comfortably. The open concept home is ideal for large families or groups of friends. You will be able to keep an eye on everyone easily.

Never have laundry worries as this home features two front loading HE washers and dryers. You’ll be amazed on how fast the laundry can be done so you can have fun on your vacation.

Step out to our pool and spa area. The covered and screened lanai and pool deck is awesome to enjoy anytime of year. You will enjoy the heated pool/spa while basking in the Florida Sunshine.

One last thing. We don’t allow pets or smoking. No Visitors are allowed. Your reservation must reflect the actual number of people staying and coming into the home. We do not offer early arrival or late departure. Our home accommodates 6 adults and 4 youth and 3 vehicles. The person making the reservation must be staying at the property from arrival to departure.

You must complete an agreement form with guest/vehicle list & upload a valid drivers license within 48 hours after placing the reservation. The agreement form link will be provided as you are completing the reservation or emailed shortly afterwards. If the agreement form is not completed correctly within 48 hours after you make the reservation, the reservation may be canceled. If the reservation is canceled because the agreement form is not completed correctly, or if the house rules are not followed prior or during the reservation, No refund will be issued.

Rates are only guaranteed when payment is made in full and no alterations are made. Security Cameras are located on the exterior of the home. They collect and send video, sound and images. They are used during the remote arrival and departure. A security deposit hold is required and will be released within 14 days after departure.
