Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.
2) Is there a BBQ grill?
Yes, a propane BBQ Grill is offered at $95 plus tax for the entire stay. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is no child safety fence, but there is a pool alarm on the door leading out to the pool, which meets local safety code requirements in lieu of the fence.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)
5) What type of coffee maker is in the home?
Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.
6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.
7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. (This is an industry standard practice.)

This trip was so enjoyable, and we were able to let the kids swim, have enough space for our family, and everything was so clean. Any minor issues or questions were answered and fixed in a timely manner. We will be returning to this house for future vacations in the area!

Excellent Family Vacation

Exactly as pictured. Very close to Disney. The only thing to be aware of is there are no gates to the stairs. We had to be on high alert with our 1 yr old who loved to climb them. I would stay here again. My family had the best time.

Family Spring Break 2023

Our family of 12 (6 adults and 6 children) escaped Wisconsin for a week of Florida fun. My husband and I (the grandparents) arrived first and it was WOW at first sight! The home was very clean, it was staged beautifully to reflect relaxation and was very welcoming when we walked in. The layout was perfect for our family with one bedroom on the main floor (for us) and 5 upstairs giving everyone lots of space for a very comfortable week. Everyone enjoyed the game room and we spent a lot of time in the pool. The location is easy to get to from the airport, very close to Disney World, an hour from Cocoa Beach, close to a golf course and includes a separate resort pool with water slides. Bonus for us was a Wal Mart which is very close for groceries and anything else you may need. Also, communication was excellent with the owner and others.

Family Fun

The house was perfect for 10 of us. Great location to parks, Sea world , Universal, restaurants, etc. The house had everything we needed. Kids loved the game room. The pool was great and the outside movie was a big hit! The TV’s were a bit tricky to get working, but luckily we had someone in our group that could figure them all out. The community center pool with slides was great. We really enjoyed our stay. The only issue that we had was parking. We had a 4th vehicle that we could not park inside the gates so it was a constant struggle to find a place to park that vehicle (which eventually was towed). We were told up front only 3 vehicles, but we didn’t know until we were there how hard it would be to find parking outside the gate. We would definitely rent this house again. Just something to keep in mind.

Florida/Disney stay Nov2024

Overall, the property was nice. The location was close to most of the Disney properties all within about 20-ish minutes.When we first got there, we noticed that one of the master bedroom bathrooms floor was pretty dirty still. We notified the property manager. We also let them know there was an issue with the showerhead in the same bathroom, basically barely leaking out/no pressure. They were able to take care of the showerhead promptly while we were at Disney.A few things to note. For a house that can sleep up to 12 people. There is one trashcan in the kitchen that is pretty small. They leave you one trash bag to start with. they leave you one soap for the dishwasher and they leave you one soap for the washing machine. I am stating this because when you’re checking out, they ask that you start a load of towels. So here’s your one laundry soap to use while you’re here, but please wash the towels before you go. There were only six towels for the pool area. We did not find any extra blankets anywhere if needed. The hot tub and pool was nice the first couple nights, even though it was cooler outside. We paid to have both heated for our 5 day stay. The last two nights the spa barely was lukewarm and the pool the same. I called the management company and let them know about this in case there was an issue with the heater and they said it was probably because of the ambient air temperature being low. I’m at the limit, but there is more to say.

We had a great stay and would return to this house. There was plenty of space and comfortable accommodations. There were a few minor issues that were quickly resolved. The pool was so nice to have and we were in walking distance to the water park which was very nice! Close to Walmart and easy drive to Disney.

Exceptional stay

We booked this hoise for our family summer vacation. We absolutely loved it. It is in a very nice gated community and very well taken care of. It was everything we needed and more. It is aboit 2-3 minutes from Walmart and a short drive to Universal and Disney. We will definitely be staying again.

Great stay and a great house

The owners were super responsive and quick to reply with answers to questions and to resolve any issues. The house was perfect for our family and we look forward to staying there again in the future. The bedrooms were all spacious and had great furniture and storage options for clothes and suitcases. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean. The pool area with the tv and the projector was amazing especially for watching March Madness games. Overall I would recommend it anyone.

Perfect Family Trip

Amazing!

Excellent property! Very clean and well maintained, nice quiet area and home close to everything. It exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again - so much better than a hotel with lots of space to gather or have privacy with a large group. Great communication and super easy check in / out too.

Perfect for families!

Had 5 adults and 3 kids (<8 yrs). Lots of room, different living areas. Pool/movie projector and games room great! Kids loved theme bedrooms. Clean and well appointed. Close to everything. Well managed; responsive and professional. One of the few properties we have stayed at that truly exceeded expectations.

Overall good

I think the home was amazing, however property management was not great. We had a huge bug infestation in the screened in pool. These bugs appeared to be flying ants or termites, they were all over us, in the pool, and all over the patio. We messaged maintenance and contacted property management. No one has gotten back to us. We lost two days at the pool because of this. The home itself is spacious and very well done. I own my own vacation rental and I would want to know immediately if there was a bug issue. Also, there was one towel per guest and no wash cloths, the rental came with one garbage bag and 1 dishwashing pod. I understand paper products being replaced but if you want guests to properly take care of the home those two items should be supplied.
