The photos truly don't do this place justice! The little touches made all the difference, from having plenty of towels to being stocked with cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and cooking spray. The pool was excellent, and the decor was beautiful. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Our family loved the pool and game room. There were some broken pieces in the game room and on the bunk befs that comes with the territory of a house being continually rented, but the host was quick to send someone out to fix as best as they could. Main gate was an ongoing issue for the neighborhood the duration of our stay. The property managers ultimately left it open 24/7 which we didn’t love.

Great location for Disney vacation.

Excellent house for a large group with a wonderful game room, pool, kitchen and plenty of bedrooms. As a bonus, there is an excellent escape room within walking distance.

Overall, a very nice stay. We rented two homes as a larger group with the same host that were one house apart from each other. Very clean with the exception of hairs (not our hair colors) found in bathrooms at arrival which were very off-putting in terms of how they were cleaned. Kitchens were nicely stocked and dishes clean. Wish all rooms had ceiling fans which is ideal (my room personally did not and stayed hotter than others). Pool area was exactly as expected/pictured. More than ample parking which was appreciated. Many restaurants and grocery options close by, a Target specifically close. Very odd "conference room" in the open space upstairs - would have been nice to have a den set up with lounging chairs instead? Not all bunk beds had working functions (ie fan, light, charging dock), but some did. No issues during our stay and we would stay again if in the area.

Perfect home for our vacation

Our home was perfect for our Disney family vacation. The house was clean, well equipped, spacious and comfortable. The owner was easy to contact and very pleasant to work with. We will definitely rent again!

Overall, very nice home!!! However I wished some of the video games worked in the game room!! Outside grill did not work properly. Other than that, the home was amazing!!! Looking forward to going back!!!

Grandkids are ready to come back.

The house was exactly as the pictures showed. There was 6 adults and 7 kids(ages1-12). There was plenty of room for all of us. The pool and hot tub was a hit. No need to go anywhere else, but we were close enough to do 5 different activities. The grandkids had a blast and are asking to go back again.

Family Get-away

We absolutely loved the house and property. Ample space for our party of 10. Kids loved the pool right out the back door. The kitchen could have used a few more pots/pans. Making eggs was a challenge. Otherwise excellent. The main gate by the pool house tends to back up at all hours and is inefficient. Pretty much the only negative.

Great vacation rental for the Parks

My only complaint is the second payment was taken a month after it was supposed to be. During that time I was worried about if the house was actually rented, since VRBO customer service could not reach the owner either. Once the agency reached out (weeks later), everything went great. House is as advertised. Very clean and well appointed. Would definitely rent again if available.

If you have a large enough group splitting cost this house would probably be a 5 star. We only had two groups so it was definitely overpriced even for the area given the lack of quality. Pros: 1. Paying for heated pool was nice once we figured out how to make sure it worked. 2. The staff were pretty good about responding and coming out to assist. Cons: 1. The house in the pictures we booked was not the one we received. Can tell by pool pictures it was off. It says newly remodeled; however, clearly had many imperfections and patchy damaged areas. 2. Make sure you bring what you need as the house wasn't very equipped other than dishes. Overall would stay again. They definitely need to figure out garbage can situation however!

Absolutely Amazing Home and the Best Location!

We were changed to Ultimate Lakeview Luxury. We were told the games were in better condition. The game room and the space themed bunk beds were awesome!. All of the beds we used were comfortable. The hot tub & pool heated perfectly. The home is stocked well. We all had soap, towels, shampoo, conditioner and body gel. There were plenty of pots and pans. The view was beautiful, however the view on the Lakeview Luxury is better. However, now that I have been at Ultimate Luxury, I would recommend this one. It is right next to the bridge. It is the path that leads to the water park. I was told it was a 5 minute walk from that point. My husband & I liked that we could walk out to the bridge easily and the view was awesome. We had ducks visit…so peaceful. The waterpark was busy but so much fun. The theater room is upstairs, in case there are mobility issues. However, my husband & step son used it and absolutely loved it. One of the best parts is how quickly you get to Disney, about 10 mins. There are other areas the same mileage away, like Four Corners, which we stayed at, but it took 3x as long to get to Disney due to the traffic. Storey Lake is on the right side, no where near the traffic. Not one complaint but keep in mind, for those with mobility issues, on main floor one of the beds is so high my mom (5’tall) needed a step stool to get in. 1 upstairs is even higher. If I have a choice I will always choose this home when going to Disney. Gorgeous and very clean!!!!

This house was amazing and exactly as described! The game room, theater, and private heated pool and jacuzzi (definitely worth adding the pool heat!) were huge hits with our group. We soaked in the jacuzzi almost every night to unwind after long days at the parks.The home was super clean, spacious, and really well laid out. We loved that there were two master bedrooms on the first floor, which was great for our older family members. Having five king bedrooms worked out perfectly for our five adult couples, and the queen and twin beds were great for the teens and little ones. They even had a pack and play and three high chairs for our twin baby nieces — so thoughtful!The hosts were awesome — quick to respond and super helpful no matter what time I reached out. The resort amenities were also great and very clean. The location couldn’t have been better — close to Disney, grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping.The only minor thing was that there weren’t any pool toys or beach gear, but Walmart was less than five minutes away, and we grabbed what we needed there. The beaches were about an hour away, and you can rent chairs and umbrellas easily, so it wasn’t a big deal.Our family of 19 had the best time and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

Property manager quick to respond. Nice home! Needs minor fixing in certain areas like any home that may have been rented over and over. Carpet was wet upon arrival may have been ckeaned before we arrived. I would rent it again regardless of the minor things. Thank you for having us!
