Our elegant five bedroom, five bath villa features a gentle saltwater pool and raised spa with waterfall on an enclosed and large lanai for complete relaxation after a long day at the parks. Saltwater pool is gentle on the eyes and skin yet much cleaner than average pools with harsh chemical sanitizing agents. Complimentary Gas BBQ grill for outdoor family BBQ fun and sun.

FAMILY AREA AND GAMEROOM
Beautifully appointed living/family room features a 65" Smart TV, BlueStream Cable TV. Stream your own subscriptions or watch cable tv. Converted garage features private gameroom features a pool table and air hockey table for more family time enjoyment.

FIVE BEDROOMS -- SANCTUARIES
Five bedrooms -- each with its own bathroom for maximum privacy and comfort. No fighting over bathrooms! Two of the bedrooms are elegant master king suites with ensuite shower rooms on the lower floor. A queen-sized master, also on the lower floor, has an adjacent bathroom with tub/shower. The other two bedrooms, on the upper floor, are junior twins suites: one Mickey-Mouse-themed twins room (with 2 twin beds) and 1 "Finding Dory" themed twins room (with 2 twin beds). The master beds are topped with plush two to three inch Lucid memory foam mattress toppers for the ultimate in sleeping comfort. Junior suites have memory foam mattresses. Each bedroom has its own flat panel TV with cable and DVD player.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We do not ask our guests to clean the house — our cleaners will take care of it. The only things we ask guests to do is to clean any complimentary equipment that was used, the BBQ and baby gear.
To clean BBQ, heat to high for 10 minutes, turn off and brush the grates with the BBQ brush. Replace foil in bottom (foil drawer in kitchen). Empty grease cup. Please turn gas off at tank valve.
Use antibacterial spray under sink with clean cloth—Spray and wipe. If deeper clean needed, please take to driveway, pull hose to wash with soap. We appreciate your help with the complimentary gear!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must provide completed, signed rental agreement to owner within the time allotted in the agreement or immediately if stay begins within the month.
Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself from losses due to cancellation, trip interruption or delay, sickness or accident, theft, etc.
Only guests listed on the guest list are permitted at the home. No events, parties or pets. 3-night minimum stay required.

Everything was as listed. Beautiful home with plenty of space for a family of 5 and room to spare. The home was spotless and well taken care of. We didn’t end up using the resort amenities but the water slides and splash area looked like fun for the kiddos. The pool area was perfect for relaxing after busy days and the kids never wanted to leave it. The location was ideal for all main attractions which was so appreciated. It never took more than 15 minutes or so to get to Disney. Our host provided very detailed info for the home so we were prepared on our arrival and she was available if we needed her ( which we didn’t as everything went perfectly smooth) Absolutely would stay here again!!

Outstanding! Excellent location to Disney and Universal parks, very close to shopping and grocery stores & good restaurants, sit-down and fast food, chain and independent.Waterpark was nice but I would've liked a lazy river to relax in. Clean resort and well maintained.

This house was perfect for our family of 5. Super clean and had absolutely everything we needed. Communication was amazing. Super friendly hosts that were easy to get ahold of if anything came up. The house is close to everything! We really enjoyed the pool and our kids had a blast at the waterpark! Will definitely be saving this property for our future trips to Orlando. This is also the first place we’ve stayed at the each room had a floor fan! Huge bonus for us because we are all fan sleepers no matter the weather.

Great place to go with other families

Great place near the action but with the option to stay back and enjoy the included amenities. The hot tub was a particularly favorite at night after the parks.

AMAZING PROPERTY AND AN AMAZING HOST... Janine is an amazing person! She is so friendly & made everything easy peasy! This entire property is so family friendly, you don't ever have to leave... so many activities for everyone of all ages! Our favorite spot and we will be returning!

Excellent property

We have stayed at a number of Orlando properties, and this one tops our list of favourites. Beautiful community, great home, and the best owners we have ever dealt with. Janine was incredibly diligent and responsive, even communicating with us immediately upon our arrival when the initial door code did not work - she responded as we were struggling with the entry, reset the code and got us in within 2 minutes, which was greatly appreciated after a long day’s travel. Could not recommend this property more.

Perfect place

Disney getaway

Very nice comfortable home. Nice size outdoor pool. I did not use the community pool but drove by and it looks very nice as well as a children's playground. The house is well equipped and communication with the host was excellent.

Awesome Place!!

The proximity to the parks, the gated entry, the pool, and the community activity center made for the perfect summer trip for the family. I will definitely be back. Such easy people to work with. Very responsive to emailed questions during the stay. Highly recommend this place!

The villa is located in the Windsor Hills community, which is about 15-18 minutes from the Disney parks. There's a Walmart about a mile away, which was very convenient. Windsor Hills is also located in close proximity to Hwy 192 and its numerous restaurants and the community has 24/7 security, which was reassuring.Regarding the villa itself, it was very clean and spacious and we had more than enough space. The house was tastefully decorated and it was very obvious the owners had taken very good care of their villa. My wife and our 3-year old granddaughter enjoyed the pool immensely. We also appreciated the pool alarm, sliding glass door locks, and safety fencing around the pool. There were plenty of towels, dishes, utensils, etc and all appliances as expected. My wife and I enjoyed the Foosball table and there was also a pool table. Janine, the owner, was very easy to work with and very responsive to questions. One of the reasons that we chose this house was because there was no carpet anywhere in the house, only tile and hardwood, which in my experience makes for a cleaner rental property. If I had to list any potential negative it would be the mattresses were pretty soft and that might be a problem for someone with back issues. But overall, the villa was excellent, as was the communication with the owner, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Disney.The Bordens

Great location

We had a great visit. The house was very nice and love that every bedroom has its own bathroom. Having the private pool was very convenient. The resort pool and splash park was great for kids. The only downside was checkin took quit awhile because the cars get backed up into the road and if you use an Uber for anything you have to go through that process every time you come into the resort. Otherwise no issues.

Spacious, comfortable and well equipped house

Super easy to find location of property and to get into house. Really lovely to see a beautiful house with more than enough accommodation for our family of 6. Pool and hot tub very welcoming! Although late when we arrived from the UK - via Tampa (highly recommend) decided to do a quick shop - Walmart only very few minutes away! We were unlucky to arrive as tropical storm Debby arrived as well so couldn’t do much for the first 2 days. After that.visited Disney and Iniversal which were very easy to get to - Disney only about 15 minutes away. Very comfortable beds and really nice rooms. Sadly, only stayed for 9 nights so that was the end of a lovely stay. Very many thanks to the host and owner Janine for all the help she gave.

Awesome!

The house is larger than it appears to be in the pictures. It is decorated nicely and was great for our family vacation. We did not use the upstairs bedrooms but would be great for kids because they are decorated really cute. The pool, grill and kitchen was perfect. The house is decorated in Polynesian style and has lupdated appliances. Janine, the property owner was so sweet and accommodating. We recommend anyone wanting to stay in the area to choose this home. I will say that the club house pool did not have towels so you should take some with you. The binder in the house said they provide them but they do not. Also, you will need soap, toilet paper and trash bags, along with all the ordinary stuff needed when you rent a home i.e. shampoo etc. the home has all the dishes and pans you will need. Overall it was a great place and very comfortable for me, my husband, our adult children and our grandchildren.

12 minutes to Disney World Parks

From the start of the trip to finish, the customer service and cleanliness of the house was nothing but top notch. Each person had their own bathroom and bed which was amazing after a long day at the parks. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing after a long day as well. The beds were so comfortable and the AC was exceptional in keeping the house cool during the 100 degree days. I cannot thank Janine and her team enough for an unforgettable trip! I will definitely be back!!!

Disney stay

We especially love Disneyworld and have gone many, many times. (We can answer almost any question about it!). We are happy to answer any questions and to help any with information especially about your Disney vacation planning.

Why they chose this property

Why did we buy a buy a vacation home near Disney? We are a Disney-crazy family!! We visit as often as we can and love to share our home with friends and family, especially our granddaughter. As a family, we've done Disneyworld every way that it could be done before buying our villa -- we tried Disney resorts (on property), off-property resorts, Disney Springs, etc. We have found that staying at our villa is the ultimate way to do Disney -- try it and you will be a believer too.

What makes this property unique

We like to start our Disney mornings with waffles made on our retro-Mickey waffle maker -- this is a big hit with kids! Then, we head out to Disneyworld for the day -- a very, very short drive. Then, after a day at the parks, we can come home to our beautiful home, relax in the heated spa and go for a swim. Sometimes, we have a fun BBQ on the lanai and other times we prepare our own meals in the kitchen for much less than the costs of eating at theme parks. We also like to try one of the many, many different restaurants close to home. One of our favorites right now is Colombia Cafe -- this is a chic local restaurant with wonderful Colombian dishes! In the evening, the kids like to head for the gameroom or just watch a movie and wind down for the night. When we want extra privacy, we can retire to our own private suites -- each bedroom has a bathroom so nobody feels crowded, ever. When it's time to retire, we love that all of the beds are topped with 2 to 3 inches of memory foam -- soooo comfortable. We especially love the privacy of our sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the parks.
We are absolutely certain that this is the right way to do Disney and love to share this secret with our guests.
