We had an amazing experience. When we came back from activities during the day it felt so comfortable and like home. It is a perfect place to spend your day as well. Cozy and spacious all in one! Everything was clean and easily accessible. The playroom was an amazing bonus for our littles. We loved every minute and would book again for sure!!!! Highly recommend!

We had an absolute blast on our trip and couldn't have asked for better accommodations. The house was perfect for what we needed. We had 4 different families with 5 kids under 8 years old. We debated staying on-property, but having the play room and the pool steps away was invaluable. We also loved the amenities of the pool house and playground. The house was clean and decorated to where we didn't feel like we were missing out on a resort. We still very much felt we were in Disney. The morning drive to all the parks was easy, about 20 minutes and no traffic. The communication was fantastic throughout the reservation and coordination process. We will definitely be back!

This was such a WONDERFUL place to stay for our Disney vacation! The house is beautiful and decorated so nicely! It really added a special touch for our kids' first time to Disney, especially since we weren't staying on property. The home was huge, clean, and the kids loved the play area and the pool! The resort is also beautifully maintained, and house is very close to the waterpark and community center. I 100% will try to rent this property again when we come back. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay somewhere special for their Disney adventure. Thank you so much for being awesome hosts!

This house fit our needs perfectly for an affordable rate! It was clean and came with many basic supplies. The playroom was a treat for our grandchildren too. The beds were supee comfortable as well. We will definitely return.

House was a great place to stay, we only had a short visit with 11 guests. Everyone loved the house. The themed rooms were awesome even the adults staying thought they were a nice touch. The playroom for kids was really a great touch. The beds were pretty comfortable, they had several pack and plays and a highchair for the little ones and i believe 2 roll away beds as well as the main beds. We would definitely choose this place again as it was very close to activities and shopping, we didnt take advantage of the clubhouse or on site amenities but they definitely looked fun.

We had an amazing stay at this property!! Everything was just as advertised. The resort area was perfect, it was just a short drive to disney and only two minutes from walmart. The pool was clean and warm, my granddaughter loved the disney play area in the garage! The property had a beautiful park just a minute walk away and the Vrbo was the perfect walking distance to the clubhouse. My only one small concerns in the internet of property wasnt great and cut out several times and i would like to see a smart tv in the girls princess room as my granddaughter wanted to watch disney plus to unwind at night and had to chose another room to be able to do so, please know this didnt change my review, just a small suggestion. When we go back next year will absolutely be staying here again if available

The location of the property is incredible. Not only in the close proximity to the Disney parks but it’s only a couple minute walk to an amazing fully fenced in playground.The home and furniture is dated. Repairs, like caulking in the bathrooms, were done atrociously. The home could use a deep cleaning. While it’s not initially visibly dirty there’s lots of buildup and dust.The garage converted into a playroom was a great addition. However, the slide is SO FAST on our first day there my son went down and went face first into the concrete floors. Should add carpet or foam mats at the bottom of the slide.King size bed is comfortable but pillows were awful.About half way through our trip we noticed someone had come into the pool area to add a hose. This left the door to the pool open creating a safety hazard and letting a squirrel in. My kids loved the squirrel; the adults weren’t quite as fond of it. It saw itself out after about 48 hours. Near the end of our trip someone had again entered the pool area and placed large pieces of plywood inside. The gate was again left open. No wildlife entered however my son ran out the door chasing his pool ball.The owners did apologize for leaving the wood, via message through the app.I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this property as is but also wouldn’t discourage anyone from staying here. I think some attention to detail and quality care could make this an outstanding vacation spot. Right now, it’s just okay.

We truly appreciate all feedback, as it helps us continue improving our home for future guests. Regarding the pillows, they were actually replaced very recently, about a month ago. Pillow comfort can be very subjective, as some guests prefer very soft pillows while others prefer firmer ones. We always try our best to provide comfortable options for everyone, and we regularly replace them to keep everything fresh and comfortable. We are also very sorry to hear about your son’s accident on the slide. In the many years we have owned this property, this is the first time we have heard of a child getting hurt there, but we sincerely apologize that this happened during your stay. The slide is designed for children, but younger children should always be supervised by their parents while using the play area. We truly appreciate your suggestion, and we are already considering adding foam padding or protective mats at the bottom of the slide for extra safety. Regarding the furniture being “dated,” we are constantly replacing and updating furniture throughout the home as needed. Many pieces, including bedroom furniture, have been replaced over time, and we continuously monitor the condition of the home to maintain it properly. As for the cleaning concerns, this is something we take very seriously. We always send our guests a message upon arrival letting them know that we hire a professional cleaning company and encouraging them to contact us immediately if anything is not cleaned to their expectations so we can send the cleaners back right away. We truly wish we had known about these concerns during your stay so we could have immediately addressed them for you. Regarding the pool area gate being left open after maintenance, we sincerely apologize. We will absolutely remind our pool maintenance team to make sure all gates are securely closed before leaving the property. As for the plywood left near the patio, this was honestly a misunderstanding regarding the checkout date. Our team mistakenly believed your departure day was earlier, and the materials were dropped off by error. As soon as we realized the mistake, we apologized through the app. We would never intentionally leave materials at the property during an active guest stay. We truly do our best to provide a wonderful experience for our guests, and we genuinely care about the condition of our homes and our guests’ comfort. We appreciate your feedback and your suggestions, and we will continue working on improvements and paying even closer attention to details moving forward.
