Our exquisite 6 bedroom home rental in Orlando is decorated in a minimalist but stylish way. It consists of two king-size beds, a two queen-size bed , four twin beds, queen sleeper and a pack & play to let 15 vacationers have a sound sleep. The four bathrooms are adequately fitted with showers and bathtubs.
After a busy day at the parks, coming 'home' to the spacious living room of this child friendly Orlando vacation house would be delightful. Home is beautifully furnished and close to all Disney properties. We traveled with 2 teenage grandsons and they loved the pool, hot tub and game room. The mattresses are all excellent and we slept very well. Home owner was quick to answer all our questions. I would highly recommend this home for a family.

Great for our family. One small issue (slow drain) was fixed right away. Great location, very safe neighborhood. The extras ( playground, water park) were very cool.

Excellent vacation home!

Great house and wonderfully stocked kitchen for preparing meals for large gatherings. Beds and linens were incredibly comfortable and there were even extra beach towels for the pool and waterpark. We really enjoyed the game room and it is located right off the kitchen so I was able to play a few games of pool and also keep an eye on dinner. The 2 separate seating areas allowed for different board games to be played between both of our groups. Highly recommend anyone with large families wanting to vacation in the Orlando area. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Nice Property But Had Bed Bug Problem

Nice property and very attentive hosts. Enjoyed our stay until we discovered a bed bug problem in one of the kid's bedrooms towards the end of our stay. Kids had bites all over. Host said he would call someone in to investigate and correct the problem.

A get away to another feelings of !home!

When we walked into this home every thing was awesome just like the description says. My grandkids fell in love with there bedrooms and the gameroom and pool. We had a.bless Thanksgiving together the only thing I could complain about is that the days went by too fast we didn't want to leave. Thank.you Tom for making me feel so.comfortable sharing yout home.

Would stay again!

I loved this property. Very comfortable beds, spacious layout, and hot showers. We loved the pool in the backyard and the big pool for the whole property. There are a couple things to know about the property, like you have to supply your own drinking water, toilet paper, paper towels and such, and the freezer isn’t great for freezing things solid, but otherwise the house has everything you need. The owners are on top of issues as they arise, you just need to alert them. Trash is picked up daily outside of the property and there is maintenance staff that works on the house/pool as needed. It is right around the corner from Walmart and 15 minutes from everything Disney. There are lots of restaurants in the area and Amazon Fresh will come to the house. You can only bring 3 cars with registered drivers to the house, but Ubers are not an issue. It is a gated community, with lots of speed bumps, so it is safe and no one is speeding through the neighborhood. My 4 year old told me we should move here!

Absolutely amazing

The house exceeded our expectations and had all we could ask for. So many things he provided we didn’t even discover all of them until well into our stay. Pool toys, baby stuff strollers all you could ever need. Our host Thomas was amazing he was so attentive to a couple of self created issues. We had a response to any question we had in a matter of minutes. The gated community made us feel so safe and welcomed. Beautiful community and so close to anything you need. Walmart gas restaurants gift shops and Disney. All just a very short drive. Farthest drive was Disney at 15 minutes max. We unfortunately had a medical issue with our infant and had to go the ER with her. Absolutely amazing care at the hospital so take comfort in the fact that if you need any care it is very close by to the home. Once again shout out to our host Thomas for all you did for us. 5 star you are the best

House should not be on VRBO

We booked this house almost two years in advance because of the amenities and size of the home. We were extremely disappointed as the home doesn’t match or live up to the VRBO listing. The communication with the owner was very weak. Freezer doesn’t work. We lost a custom made birthday cake along with meat and other frozen food when the freezer wouldn’t stay cold enough to keep things frozen. One of our guests got lots of bug bites after sleeping in one of the rooms which required a call to the doctor and medication. The pool table, air hockey, and gaming station are unusable due to damage or missing parts. Spa heat was an extra charge but didn’t work. You have to guess when using the stove as all the settings are gone. Ice maker/ water dispenser don’t work. Towels smelled musty and washing didn’t help. Not enough silverware for a large family. Glad we brought our own grill as the one furnished is dirty and smells. A man was attempting to break in across the street and resort security wouldn’t do anything. We had to call the sheriff’s department. Owner did allow us to checkin two hours early. The little park next door is nice along with the water park.

Loved the stay. It's in a nice gated communnity with easy access. Cleanliness and home datedness were acceptable for the price point. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The home's swimming pool had a 30 daily surcharge if we wanted it heated. We declined the fee so it was kind of cold. The waterpark was terrific and came with the house. The 10 mile drive to Universal Studios took up to an hour with the construction. We'd stay there again.

Pleasant stay

We enjoyed our short stay. The property was as depicted, clean, and the owner very responsive. The area is convenient and close to most things. The only feedback I have is lack of toilet paper. Each bathroom only had half a roll and no extra toilet paper anywhere.

Hi we're Tom and Sandy Kappes. We have been regular visitors to the Orlando area since 1985, just prior to the birth of our first child. During the early visits to Orlando we stayed in various hotel chains but as our family has continued to grow (we now have 4 children) we quickly out grew these accommodations. We then needed two hotel rooms. As the price of lodging continued to go up our ability to afford nicer accommodations (now two rooms) diminished but our desire to travel did not. Eventually we found ourselves trying to squeeze the two of us and our four young children back into one hotel room. After spending all day at the theme parks who wants to squeeze into a hotel room whether it's on Disney property or not? I would sometimes see advertising for single family home rentals in the late 1990's for incredible rental rates therefore I thought it must be a scam. How could anyone offer a whole house in a very nice resort for the price of a moderately priced room on Disney property? After all a hotel room is 300-400 square feet vs. 3400 square feet for the same price? Eventually we began to lose some desire to travel. We found that we were traveling less. We have always felt memories are extremely important so we started traveling again but found ourselves in the same situation.After all, we traveled to Disney to get away from stress. As our parents continued to age our desire to travel with them had continued to increase, after all we want our children to have fond memories with their grandparents. Purchasing a vacation home became the obvious choice. We want our guests to experience the same fond memories we have been privileged to experience.
