Beautiful 6 Bedroom Home, 6 Miles from Disney World, South Facing Pool

Located in the quiet and private vacation home community of Calabria Westside, this 3032 sq. ft. House was built in Sept. 2011 and first rented in January 2012. A 6 bedroom vacation home features 4 main bedrooms all with 40” LCD TV’s. Two are king rooms with ensuites and the other are king and queen rooms. There are also two kid’s rooms which both have 24” LCD TV’s with DVD players. The first Kid room is Mickey and Friends themed with 2 twin beds and the other is a Marvel themed with a twin bed and a double bunk bed. All rooms have a ceiling fan. Outside is a covered lanai with ceiling fan and south facing pool with spa which backs onto a beautiful conservation area. Inside there is an inviting living area with a 60” LCD Smart HDTV to watch your favourite streaming services such as Netflix and with and Blu-ray player which is next to a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with an Air Fryer & Keurig 2.0 coffee machine and a formal dining area. The garage also has a games room with a pool table, air hockey, and freestanding video game machine with sixty classic games! Upstairs, enjoy more family fun in the loft which includes a 46” LCD HDTV, Blu-ray player and Xbox 360 and also there is Free hi-speed Wi-Fi internet access. Located within 6 miles of Walt Disney World Gates, 20 miles from Universal Studios, 15 miles from Sea World and close to Lots of Great Restaurants, Shopping and grocery stores. Tampa Bay is 60 miles away with a Hard Rock Casino and Busch gardens, NHL Hockey, MLB Baseball and NFL Football. As well as many beaches along the Gulf of Mexico. Towards the Atlantic Ocean is Kennedy Space Center as well as Cocao Beach and is 70 miles.

40th birthday stay

Brent was making during this entire process. We had 11 people stay with 5 couples and it was great. We all had plenty of space but great communal areas. It was perfect for what we needed it for.

Large family group trip to Disney. We had a great time, house had plenty of room. Everything was as listed. Nice King suits. Beds were very comfortable. Wonderful home!

You couldn’t ask for a better vacation home than this!! All you need and want in one property. Plenty of space for all in your party. Beautiful pool and hot tub and nice quiet neighborhood. My only complaint is my trip was too short! Don’t hesitate, this home is perfect!

Perfect location for a Disney vacation, just minutes from Magic Kingdom. This home offered large spacious bedroom’s for every couple and themed bedrooms for the kids. After a day at Disney World there is nothing better than to soak in the hot tub and pool. With close proximity to shopping and a variety of restaurants and fast food outlets this location provided everything our family needed.

Comfortable family home

The house lived up to expectation, our family enjoyed staying here. 6 adults, 7 kids, lots of space for everyone. The home was very clean, exactly as described. Volcano Bay Trip

Overall had a good experience. Very spacious for lots of people. Game room/garage was a hit. Love the safety of alarm for door leading to pool area. The AC was very difficult to control and reset every 4 hours so we had to get up in middle of night to turn down so it wasnt hot during the night. The hot tub also did not get very hot and lights didn't work in it. Adult beds were very uncomfortable, mattress was very hard. Kids absolutely loved the themed rooms.

Beautiful, clean home. Our family of 13 (ages range 6months-39 years) had a very great time here! Grocery stores and food spots are close in range and the pool is always fun but the jacuzzi was a plus!

Amazing property!

This is the best vacation home we’ve stayed at in Kissimmee and we’ve rented a lot. We’re a family of 7 with 5 children and they had the best time. The house is very clean and well maintained. The beds are very comfortable and the pool area is amazing. Well stocked with everything you need. Felt like home while on vacation. Highly recommend it! Very close to all Disney parks!

We live in a Small City in Alberta, Canada. We are grain farmers and have 5 children. We bought this house as an investment for rental purposes. It is always great to work with guests from all over, from North & South America to the UK and one family from Australia.

Why they chose this property

This location is perfect. It is a small community and very quiet and away from any highway noise. Yes, you can hear Disney's fireworks every night! Still it is so close to the parks and to the variety of Florida activities. 6 miles to Disney gates and just over an hour to the great beaches at the Gulf of Mexico! There is so much to do in the area that you will have to come back again one day!

I love dealing with my guests and always try to make thier stay as best I can!
