The property was very clean and check in was easy. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, etc., but there were zero spices including no basics like salt or pepper. The pool/hot tub was clean, but there wasn't any pool floaties, balls, etc. The coffee maker included filters, so that was good. The neighborhood was quiet, getting groceries delivered was easy, and the proximity to Disney was ideal. We enjoyed our time at this property.

I must say the host Brent was amazing, kind and patient! He explained everything and was always available if needed! The place was maculate and just as advertised! Very peaceful easy to get around so the location was perfect! I would highly recommend this location as my 84 year old mother in particular really enjoyed herself and image the steps did not bother her! My family complimented me for the best location and bond we had this weekend! Thank you Brent as words cannot express how grateful I am!

We liked BestVilla because, for our purposes, it is within a few miles from Disney Springs. The rental agreement, documents of what to expect and what to do upon your arrival and departure were clear and easy to follow. Throughout the days from when I signed the agreement thru a week after our stay, Brent was great to communicate with no matter what the reason. In addition, the required on-hold deposit was released as promised.
