Our overall stay was good. The interior is a little outdated, as our wall outlets didn’t have the covers, half the cabinets were painted and the other half was not, same with the stairs, and the bedroom/bathroom doors didn’t actually lock, we were able to still open them with it “ locked”. The house was very clean though! We didn’t realize the hot tub was an extra charge, I didn’t notice asking for an extra payment reserving the house. I did try to contact the property manager multiple times,. The first day she said her pool guy would come out and turn it on for us. ( we were fine with paying the extra amount for the hot tub) the next day I tried to message for an update and never got a response the rest of our stay. When you’re charged 70 for 24/7 customer service.. even if it was a no, a response would have been nice.
