2740 Lido Key

Property needs some updates and cleaning. TV in upstairs Queen corner bedroom did not have sound, several washcloths had wholes in them, grate under the refrigerator kept falling off and was extremely dirty. Downstairs master bathroom toilet seat had a chunk out of it and it scratches your leg each time. The cabinet in the same bathroom looked moldy. Not sure why there was foil in the oven. Made it hard to use.

House was spacious! Some of the things needed updating the bed frames on the kids beds were too big for the matresses and the shower curtain rod needs to be permanently adhered to the wall it fell on us. A Piece of glass on the dresser top was also cracked off plenty of towels and dishes need some extra items for cooking with big groups and no pool lights besides the string up lights. Plenty of seating all in all id give it a 8/10! Thanks!
