An incredible stay! We highly recommend this home for anyone visiting.The house was extremely clean, well-stocked, and beautifully decorated. Our kids can’t stop talking about the bedrooms—they absolutely loved them! The game room was also a huge highlight and gave the kids a fun space to hang out while the adults relaxed.The location was perfect—just minutes from Disney, making getting to and from the parks so easy. The hosts were very responsive and clearly take pride in providing a great experience.We can’t wait to stay here again!

The host was very informative and answered all questions we had. Checked in throughout the trip to make sure we had everything. Only thing that stunk was that the waterpark was closed down for maintenance. But other than that, it was a great trip by my whole family and we will definitely book again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! When we first walked in, everything was extremely clean and clearly very well taken care of. I’ve stayed in quite a few rental homes over the years, and this one was definitely the nicest in terms of how well it’s maintained. I even took a few photos before my family settled in to show everyone at home how great it looked!Our kids loved the game room and the pool and spent a lot of time there. They also were obsessed with all the themed rooms and decor around the house. The resort itself is very nice as well and felt safe and well maintained, which was important for us.Communication with the owners was also wonderful the entire time. They responded quickly to our questions and were very easy to work with.Overall we had an amazing trip and would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend to those looking for the best place to stay during their vacation. The kids are already asking when we can come back.

Large spacious house. Great for a large family ! Granddaughters loved the princess room and the infant crib in the master was a great added feature. The close proximity to and from Disney World was so convenient!!!!! So relaxing to sit in the pool after a long day at the park. Just wish they had a little more frying pans. Some of the dinning chairs .needed some TLC a couple of them had stains.

Regarding the dining chairs, as you know, this is a vacation home that hosts many families with children. Sometimes little ones spill food on the chairs, and although we clean them regularly and apply protective fabric spray, some stains unfortunately don’t come out completely. I’ll look into replacing the fabric or applying another protective coat to keep them looking better. I truly appreciate your feedback, it helps me continue improving, which is exactly what I aim for. House was big, however cleanliness was ok. The shower curtain downstairs needs to be replaced. It's gross stain and moldy.In the master bedroom upstairs, the quilt I had to wash it was not clean. There are some food or something on it. The pool area I would give it a two sliding door. You can barely get in and out and barely opens needs to be updated. The carpeting upstairs needs to be updated. It's a great place. If you had kids, we did not have any kids just adults it worked. The location was great. It went by ESPN, which is what we needed. I paid for the pool to be heated. The pool never worked, and it was kind of dirty.The house did not have any extra toilet paper. It did not have any extra garbage bags. It did not have any extra soap so I really wasn't ready for that when we got there I mean, not even one extra toilet paper. I think if they put some work into the house and update the pool the sliding door, the carpeting it could be great.

We do wish you had let us know during your stay about the shower curtain downstairs, as we would have happily replaced it immediately. Regarding the quilt in the master bedroom, it is washed after every guest without exception. However, in vacation homes it is not uncommon for guests to eat in bedrooms, and occasionally food spills may leave stains that do not always come out completely, even after washing. That said, had this been brought to our attention during your stay, we would have been more than happy to replace the quilt right away. Regarding the upstairs carpet, it was fully replaced approximately two years ago. Due to frequent guest turnover and the constant use of rolling suitcases on the stairs, the carpet can stretch and appear worn over time. We regularly maintain and stretch it, but this appearance is due to heavy use rather than age. You are absolutely right about the sliding door. After experiencing recurring issues, we brought in a specialized sliding door company, and the rollers were replaced. The door is now working like new, and we apologize for the inconvenience during your stay. Regarding the pool heater, unusually cold temperatures occurred during your visit, with freezing nighttime conditions. For safety reasons, the pool system automatically shuts down to protect the equipment. This was explained at the time, and the full pool heating fee was promptly refunded. As is standard with vacation rentals, we provide a starter supply of essentials upon arrival. Additional items needed during the stay are the guest’s responsibility, and this information is clearly communicated prior to check-in. We appreciate you highlighting the home’s size and excellent location, as being close to Disney is truly one of its best features. Thank you again for your stay and for sharing your feedback. The house was as pictured and the kids loved the themed bedrooms and the playhouse. We had plenty of room and enjoyed our stay. We did have an issue with the washing machine which didn’t get fixed. We made due. We would recommend this property to anyone with kids and a big family. The kids loved the pool.
