This house was really cute. The photos definitely make it look bigger than what it is but nonetheless, it was cute. My only complaints are the towels are awful and keeping the AC on 70. We are from South Alabama by the beach. We are used to the heat. But with the big windows in this house, keeping it on 70 makes it miserable in there. And I’m tiny and always cold. The price was great though and the host was very responsive throughout the whole process.

The house is well suited for a large group, with five bedrooms and five bathrooms we had plenty of space. The home was clean and marketed appropriately. We were given wrong WiFi information and a quick call remedied the problem with ease. My only concern was the poor quality of the linens. The towels and sheets were less than a mid-grade hotel. We bought a couple of wash cloths and pillow cases, but all in all a good rental. Would definitely stay again.

Four TVs out of five bedrooms did not work and also the TV in the loft did not work. There was crumbs on the sofa and the Ottomans. The rugs had stains on them. The sink in the master bedroom, cold water did not work. They had some broken furniture. The washing machine was rusted inside. The dishwasher had soap caked up in the dispenser. The oven door glass was cracked.

Took my family to Disney and this house was amazing. Family consists of myself, my spouse, my 4 children(13, 10, 2 and 1) and mother-in-law. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own places to go but big living space to all sit comfortably together. It's only 20 mins from most of the parks. Definitely recommend to anyone bringing a decent size group.

Our family had a wonderful time at Paradise Palm. The house was as described, clean spacious and well appointed, everyone was comfortable. Rooms were clean, mattresses are old and lumpy somewhat uncomfortable. Unfortunately there is extra fees applied for use of a heated pool for this property. The jacuzzi is attached to pool uses same water flow, so that was cold. We had extremely noisy neighbors with music that was loud and on until 2:00 am for 3 of our 6 day stay.

Regarding the noise, we have reinforced the house rules and communication with the condo management. Regarding the pool, heated use (and the heating of the attached jacuzzi, which uses the same system) is an optional service with an extra fee, which we aim to specify clearly in our listing. Family Getaway

We stayed with extended family and the layout of the house was great. Would love to stay again in warmer weather to take advantage of the pool. There was a bit of an ant problem. The iron didn’t work. The washer seems like it needs to be updated, but overall it was fine.

Disney trip

The house was nice. Lots of room for the five of us. Loved that we all had a bathroom to ourselves. Good location close to Disney. Downside the road outside the gates seemed to be a drag strip. But that’s not the properties fault. Quiet neighbors. Need to dust the chandelier.
