BRIGHT SUNS GETAWAY is a budget-friendly 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom vacation home, with TWO first-floor King Suites and plenty of room for everyone to spread out.
We invite you to come relax and recharge at this well-furnished 5-STAR home, located across the street from one of the many playground areas throughout the Windsor Hills Resort...the perfect place for the kiddos to spend some time outdoors!

HERE'S WHAT OUR HOME HAS TO OFFER...
Our fully-furnished home offers an enclosed private pool with a spillover spa, an open and spacious floor plan, a fully-stocked kitchen, a family-friendly game room, and more!

The FIRST FLOOR boasts an open floor plan that leads from the front entrance to the back door, with a welcoming view of your private backyard oasis.
• The main LIVING AREA is tastefully decorated and furnished with plush seating and a ROKU TV for streaming your favorite movies.
• The fully-equipped KITCHEN includes all your favorite small appliances and a cozy eating area that leads out to the covered lanai.
• The elegant DINING ROOM includes a table that easily seats 8 and is located between the kitchen and living area, making it the perfect place for family meals or game night!

All BEDROOMS have private bathrooms, 40" ROKU TVs, ceiling fans, and extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. It's like having your own private retreat!

The garage area has been renovated as a family-friendly, air-conditioned GAME ROOM and is quite popular among our guests. Enjoy a game of Foosball or a round of Pool, while the littles hang out in a special play area just for them. Enjoy a little friendly competition at our combination Ping Pong and Air Hockey gaming table. The perfect place to work off some energy!

WAIT THERE'S MORE!
For our smaller guests we offer a high chair, booster seat, 2 strollers, and 2 pack-and-plays. Our house is conveniently located across from a playground with a large common area, perfect for a game of kickball! And just a short walk toward Teascone you'll discover another shaded playground to explore!

POOL/SPA HEAT: If you are coming to Orlando during our cooler months (Oct-Mar) and plan to use the pool or spa during your stay, we recommend adding the optional pool heat. The cost to heat the pool/spa is $35 per day, plus tax. (Please Note: The heater will not function when air temps are below 50 degrees)

This house is NOT clean! We have waited days for a reply to allow this host to make it right with us and have gotten no reply. We were fooled. We thought we were getting a top rated house. We did enjoy the pool and hot tub. But they both needed skimmed out a lot when we arrived. At first Darlene was great at responding kindly but as I gave my honest opinions on the cleanliness of the house and asked questions her tone got short. She eventually stopped responding. There was caked dirt on the baseboards, all the rugs were disgusting and needed washed or replaced. We found crumbs and debris in the master bedroom bed. Crumbs in the kitchen drawers, sand/dirt in many of the dressers drawers. And we found a live cockroach! I said all this to the host and have heard nothing back. I also shared photos with them for proof. They need a new cleaning crew that doesn’t skip important cleaning and this house needs an overhaul of a deep clean. As each day went on we noticed more and more dirt and grime. We went some places but we also hung at the house some days. It really ruined our experience.

Great two weeks at Bright Sun's Getaway

We really enjoyed our two week stay at the property, it's a spacious house with a cozy homely feel thanks to the decor and amenities. Ideal for family gatherings, holidays, vacation. Windsor Hills is in a great location, and also has some fabulous amenities for the guests to use. Darlene was incredible at replying to my queries. We would definitely book here again.
