Everything was great, our family had a wonderful time here. The house was just like the pics, very nice and clean. The location was perfect for getting to anywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely stay again. The only negative thing I would say is that the grill was not appealing. Very rusty and didn’t trust cooking on it. Very minor though as there was so much other great things about the house I didn’t even give it a second thought. Constant and quick communication the whole time was great too.

The entire home was neat and clean. I don’t normally feel comfortable sleeping in unknown beds, however these beds and sheets and blankets were so clean and soft. We felt so comfortable. The pool and hot tub were so clean and the pool guy came to maintain it. The property was beautiful and safe for our children. The property manager checked in daily. Easiest check in and check out experience. This place was beyond our expectations. This made our first Florida experience amazing. I would stay at this property next time we go to Florida. We are so grateful for all of the space and the awesome game room that my adult and young age children were able to enjoy. 10/10!

This house was very convenient for us to visit the Disney parks. We enjoyed the pool after long hot days at the parks. The house is well equipped for rentals.

We loved staying here…. Kitchen was well equipped and communication was excellent. We had a very very small ant problem when we first got there but they quickly took care of the situation and the entire stay was amazing.

The kitchen had everything we needed, even had items we didn’t think they’d have. There was plenty of space for seating. The pool area was so much fun, and had plenty of room. The bedrooms were all very accommodating and comfy. The garage is made into a game room which we thought was very cool. We didn’t get to use the water park while we were there. But we’ll be back!

Great location. You can see the magic kingdom fireworks when you are in the far side of the pool! Had everything you needed tons of bowls and plates (plastic ones too!), extra containers for leftover, lots of pool towels. The pool was beautiful and we got the heating and it was perfect for cooler nights. We enjoyed all the seating outside around the pool. The house looked like it had brand new bedding and extra soft blankets on almost all the beds. Brand new washer was delivered the day of arrival and it worked beautifully. The floors needed a good scrubbing, I did let them know that and it seemed they were going to take care of that before the next guests. We enjoyed this house for our two week stay with 9 people.

The location is great. It was our first time at Windsor Hills, and we really liked it. Disney is close but the traffic is heavy when leaving the resort. Darlene is a good communicator and check in and departure was very smooth. The washing/drying facilities were good. The beds and pillows are very comfy.Upon our arrival, 3 sets of bedding had unpleasant stains on them. We e mailed Darlene and these got changed the next day. The cushions on the outdoor furniture were covered in dirty stains. These were removed the following day but were not returned to us. We thought that the cleaning standards were not great. It needed a good spring clean. The drawers and cupboards were dirty. The rug in the living area was dirty and discoloured. There was no pantry or empty cupboard for storing food. We have stayed in several villas in florida, and all but this one had full size pantrys. There were not enough utensils, we ran out of spoons daily. 3 of the closets had no coathangers. Darlene did arrange to have some delivered, these arrived a few days later. One bedroom upstairs had no coathangers or drawers, so im not sure where previous guests stored their clothes. Some of the closets were broken and the doors were hanging off their tracks. During our stay a toilet broke and leaked toilet water all over the floor. The air conditioning also stopped working upstairs. One of the downstairs bedroom's light and A/C broke. Unfortunately we were dissapointed with the villa overall.

This house is NOT clean! We have waited days for a reply to allow this host to make it right with us and have gotten no reply. We were fooled. We thought we were getting a top rated house. We did enjoy the pool and hot tub. But they both needed skimmed out a lot when we arrived. At first Darlene was great at responding kindly but as I gave my honest opinions on the cleanliness of the house and asked questions her tone got short. She eventually stopped responding. There was caked dirt on the baseboards, all the rugs were disgusting and needed washed or replaced. We found crumbs and debris in the master bedroom bed. Crumbs in the kitchen drawers, sand/dirt in many of the dressers drawers. And we found a live cockroach! I said all this to the host and have heard nothing back. I also shared photos with them for proof. They need a new cleaning crew that doesn’t skip important cleaning and this house needs an overhaul of a deep clean. As each day went on we noticed more and more dirt and grime. We went some places but we also hung at the house some days. It really ruined our experience.

PLEASE NOTE - This review is deceiving and inaccurate... The guest did alert us to crumbs in the dresser drawers two days after she arrived, but told us she had cleaned them herself... She did NOT alert us about anything else until after she left. 🔵 We never heard anything about "crumbs and debris in the master bed"... All her comments to me were AFTER she departed - So there was no opportunity for us to remediate anything. 🔵 This guest had a large group, with local family members also visiting them during their week-long stay. 🔵 REGARDING THE POOL - Our pool is cleaned weekly and we do keep a net on site in case our guests want to remove leaves or pollen during their stay. This guest stayed with us at the height of Spring and likely experienced some of Mother Nature's contributions. But I did not receive any complaints about the pool during or after her stay. 🔵 REGARDING THE COCKROACH - She told me there was 1 bug, but again...it was after she left. We treat our house every month for pest control as most homeowners in Florida do. ❤️ At Bright Suns Getaway, our commitment to our guests is sincere and strong. And our focus on providing top-rated hospitality is something we take very seriously. We regret this guest did not give us the opportunity during their stay to remediate any of her concerns.

Super family friendly house! My kids were in the pool constantly. Shooting on the pool's basketball net. The community has amazing amenities that are free to use. The location is perfect for trips to Universal Studios or Disney. There's a Walmart less than 5 mins from you. There are plenty of restaurants within 10 mins of you. If your kids like Pokemon cards like mine do. There's the best card store within 5 mins. All in all a perfect place for a family getaway. Then to top it all off our host was so kind and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Highly recommend to anyone!

Our family comes from Georgia to stay at a Windsor Hill home every year, and this home was the best so far! This host really thinks of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The kitchen has everything you would want, including both a Keurig and a coffee pot, blender, mixer, crockpot, and the little things like a cheese, grater, a wine opener, baking pans, and plastic storage bowls to keep your leftovers, etc.. There are strollers and pack-n-plays, games, and lots of pool toys. I love the layout of this home as it has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs. There are also 3 king beds which makes it really great for couples. The other two bedrooms have room for 3 kids in each room. The property manager Darlene was exceptional! She responded quickly to anything we needed. I really appreciated her great communication!Windsor Hills is the best place to stay if you are “doing Disney”, as the parks are all just a short drive away. Windsor Hills has a lot to offer all in its own. I highly recommend this home- we will definitely be back again next year!

My family of 4 stayed here for our Disney trip. It was easy to travel from the house to the Disney parks. There is a Walmart less than 1 mile from the house. We also utilized the resort pool, bar, and slides. My children loved the big pool as well as the pool at the house. The basketball goal was a big hit. I rated the cleanliness of the house only 4 stars because the plumbing fixtures in kitchen and bathrooms and master shower caulk need a deep clean/replacement. For those planning to cook, I suggest asking Darlene which cooking items you need as we had to make due with items we expected (but were not listed) like a cookie sheet (none) and casserole dish (only 1 was there and it was huge). One of the main reasons my family always stays in houses instead of hotels is so that we can cook meals for our family, so having a well-stocked kitchen is a necessity for us. Usually kitchens are better stocked than this one was. The beds were clean and comfortable. The house and neighborhood were quiet and safe.

Bright Suns Getaway was just what my family needed! We had a wonderful time at this vacation home! The pool and amenities were absolutely perfect for our who family and it kept us entertained for hours. Everything was very clean, well-maintained, and truly family-friendly.
