Lovely home

My family of 7 kids, husband and myself stayed at the house when visiting Florida. It was perfect. I loved the fact the house had a high chair and pack n play. Made it very kid friendly. We have only used VRBO for cabins and such and this was the first house we have done on VRBO and it was absolutely wonderful. We were in Florida to visiit Disney. and jf we ever go back, we will rent this specific house again. Pool was clean and nice.

Great holiday in the sun

We rented the house to escape to the sun for March Break. We were with our two teenage kids and my parents (in their 70s). The house was exactly what we had hoped. There was plenty of space, the backyard and pool/spa was great and the games room was lots of fun. The owners were also very responsive. We noticed on the first day that the fridge ice maker didn't work and they had a handyman come quickly to repair. We had an amazing time and would definitely go back again.

Great house

House needs a little upgrading. The dining room/ eating table is on top of carpet, which made us nervous to eat on. Didn’t want to drop anything on carpet. Besides that, everything else was great!! The house is huge, with lots of space for large families or groups.

We just got back last night from a week in Disney. This rental was perfect. Everyone had their own space and it was peaceful. We enjoyed the pool daily, and close to a ton of good restaurants. I recommend this rental and will stay again in the future.

In our second year of marriage, we decided to brave it and do a family holiday to Florida. We had so much fun that we knew Florida was the place you could never get bored. As we are both family-orientated people wanted a place we could call home when in Florida and a space we could enjoy with our families.

A little background on how we came to own this beautiful Florida property
My husband and I visited Florida with our extended family in 2012 and we have never felt so much at home as we did in Florida. The people are so friendly and they always do their best to give you the best service. After watching a place in the sun TV show and seeing the types of properties available we never thought it would be possible for us to own such a beautiful property.
We visited a place in the sun roadshow in the UK where we meet with a family-run company called Homes of America which are based in Florida. Six months later we had booked a flight and were off to see properties. We thought this experience was going to be stressful (going by the process of buying a house in the UK) but Homes of America made the whole experience stress free and fun. We defiantly recommend this company if you are thinking of buying in Florida, any way back to our story.
We visited many places, new builds, and old complexes with great reviews and we nearly didn't see this property due to it being rented the week we were in Florida. We are now so glad we decided at the last minute to see this property as we nearly went with a new build but we would never have got the space that our villa offers.
Howard one of the owners of Homes of America said he knew as soon as we walked through the door this was the place. Our faces light up as walk through the front door. We couldn’t believe this property could be ours.
We left Florida back for England, waiting for news if our offer had been accepted.
A week later it was accepted, and 1 month later the property was ours.
It was a whirlwind trip with an amazing outcome and we hope you fall in love with the villa as we did.

What makes this property unique

There is a balcony that stretches the full width of the south-facing property, which is amazing to sit on at night and relax after a stressful day in the parks.
You are 20mins from Walt Disney World, 20mins from Sea world, 30min from Universal this is the ideal location to keep the mornings stress-free.
There is a large outside area with a beautiful south-facing pool and enough space for dining and sunbathing. You are 5mins from Champion gate complex with lots of places to eat and a Publix so no long drives to eat and get supplies
