Beautiful South/East Facing Villa Ideal For Families And Close To Disney Parks

Our beautiful superior villa is situated on the gated community of 'The Sanctuary' on West Haven, within close proximity to Disney World.
West Haven is a beautifully manicured development popular with holiday renters due to the quiet serene surroundings.
Our luxurious villa boasts 4 bedrooms consisting of 1 Master, with huge en-suite, 2 walk-in wardrobes and balcony with breathtaking views of the conservation area. A further 2 good sized bedrooms with Queen beds and also a twin 'Winnie The Pooh' character room.
The villa has two downstairs open plan living rooms, luxury fitted kitchen, dining area, games room with a pool table, fuzzball and electronic double basketball net.
We have a wonderful south-east facing pool and spa which can be illuminated in the evening. The patio area is furnished with sun loungers, tables, chairs and a gas BBQ.
There also an outside restroom facility.

Christmas Stay

We stayed in this villa for three weeks and would highly recommend. Very peaceful out by the pool as it backs onto a lake and has everything you need inside the villa for a great stay. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Florida.

great spacious villa

This is a truly great villa.Very well equipped to a high standard,nice and clean and we have been to Florida over 25 times and this is one of the best villas we have stayed in,it also captures the sun most of the day and has a spacious outlook so very relaxing. Highly recommended.

Stunning property

Jon And Clare have a stunning property so spacious and clean The master suite is particularly excellent with vast space and two walk in wardrobes The Family loved the pool area and we had a fantastic barbecue one night The area is so nice and quiet and extremely safe with electric gates , minutes away from the i4 highway .communication with the property managers is great so if any issues arise like loss of internet it will be swiftly dealt with I would return here in a heartbeat Actually communicated with the owners and they were so helpful

The house and property were great! Very clean and as described! The pool was the perfect size to cool off! Unfortunately, the homes are very close together. The people in the house right next to us were outside partying until 2:30 AM two of the nights we stayed, which was not enjoyable.

Excellent Stay

Really enjoyed staying here for 11 days in February. The property is in a quiet and safe area south of Orlando. The area streets are gated with a passcode. The house is very clean and the furniture relatively new and beds and seating were comfortable. We paid extra to heat the pool which was worth it. The hot tub was nice on chilly evenings. The access to the I4 was under construction so it made traffic/access to the neighborhood horrible at times but hopefully that will not be an issue once construction is completed. We had some smaller issues and the management company was quick to take action. The beautiful reserve outside the back yard was very nice especially at sunrise. We recommend this property and would definitely stay again. .

The perfect home away from home!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is absolutely beautiful, extremely clean, and well decorated! The kitchen was very well stocked and even had all of the tools we needed to make cookies for Santa. Looking at previous reviews we knew to bring dishwasher tabs and dish soap with us which worked out perfectly! Having two living rooms was great (one family room with a large tv and a second sitting area on the opposite corner) was perfect to give everyone a little space. As an added bonus, Jon & Clair had set up a Christmas tree and a few decorations before we arrived which made the house even more charming! We even enjoyed a lovely Christmas dinner at the larger of the two dining tables (again having everything needed to put together and serve such a large meal). Our daughter enjoyed playing games in the garage, but ESPECIALLY enjoyed playing in the pool! The pool area has 4 lounge chairs and 4 patio chairs at a table. We enjoyed morning sun and afternoon shade in this surprisingly private pool area. We could hear the voices of the neighbors but could see them due to hedges and plants. The back of the pool area is a view of a large lawn area and a small pond which allowed us to view quite the selection of birds we don’t have back home. All 4 bedrooms, the laundry room, and 2 full bathrooms are located upstairs, perfect for keeping the kids close at night while also getting their own space. While we didn’t need it, the house was amazingly equipped for young kiddos including a bassinets, pack n play, high chair, stroller, and booster car seat! We left this home considering when we could manage a trip back! Absolutely loved it and made memories that will last us a lifetime!

This was our second stay in this villa, our first visit being 10 years ago. The villa remains beautiful and we had a lovely stay here. We enjoyed all the villa had to offer, the games room and private pool being a favourite. The villa is well equipped and a home from home. The location is good for the Disney parks and close to local shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Wonder home, accurately listed. If I had one slightly negative thing it would the limited parking offered. The drive really is not big enough for two full sized vehicles. Aside from that it was a wonderful trip in a nice home.

Fantastic Villa

After having stayed at a handful of villas in the Davenport/Four Corners area, we can safely say that we have found "the one". Pride of ownership is very evident, as this property was spotless. Everything was as it was in the pictures, or even nicer, as they had recently upgraded the flooring from what we could tell. Communication with the owner was swift and concise. Incredible range of kitchen utensils, flatware, drinkware, and appliances. Bedrooms were very comfortable with nice quality mattresses. Bathrooms were spotless. And the whole family loved the pool and gameroom areas. I don't think you could ask for, nor expect, a more perfect rental. We would not hesitate to rent this villa again and again.

We are Jon and Clare Bridgwater and purchased our beautiful villa in 2013. The deciding factor in buying a villa was to have a holiday home and rental property. We have lived in the county of Hertfordshire, England all our lives but regard Florida as our second home!

Why they chose this property

Having spent many holidays in Florida over the past 30 years,including our honeymoon! we decided Florida was the place to purchase our dream holiday home and chose 'The Sanctuary' West Haven for its beautiful surroundings and for our own perfect sanctuary!

What makes this property unique

After viewing many properties, the moment we saw our villa we knew it was the one for us. We had already made our list of criteria of what we wanted in a villa and it ticked all the boxes! Our grandson also gave it a very big tick and not just because of the games room! The main attraction was the view as we had often stayed in villas that overlooked the neighbours pool! Which is not what we wanted. This is why we chose the stunning surroundings of 'The Sanctuary'
