Be our Guest at our 'Home away from Home'. Loaded with upgrades our 4 bedroom, two bath, home with private screened in pool offers granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths, travertine tile in the baths, and new furniture in the family room. Cable TV in all the bedrooms and living room. The master suite has a king- size bed, second bedroom has a queen, and the third and fourth bedrooms have two twin beds each, For additional family fun, enjoy our game room, equipped with a full size pool table, Foosball table, and air hockey. We also have wireless Internet service. Enjoy the south facing screened in pool and lanai area, offering a peaceful and private view of the conservation area in our back yard. Full service kitchen and gas grill for outdoor grilling, plus a washer and dryer.

Location was fantastic and house was well designed and comfortable. Owner was responsive and helpful. Only issue was it could’ve been a little cleaner, especially the bathrooms. Pillows on the bed need to be replaced as they’re very yellow and stained. But definitely not a big issue. Would definitely stay again!!!

Perfect

Great location!!! Did day trips to the beach and disney area. Everything you needed for your vacation was in the house. Pool was very clean and refreshing. Pool floats included.

Comfortable stay

The house is beautiful and well equipped, which made our stay really comfortable. The pool had a nice temperature and we loved that it was overlooking a little forest, giving us a feeling of privacy. We can definitely recommend this place and we would love to stay here again sometime.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Very nice home with all you need to have a great time while there. Close to restaurants and shopping as well as Disney. Would definitely stay here again. The management group is so responsive.

Perfect disney property

We loved the closeness to the disney parks and the ease of getting to the property. The house was well appointed and the beds, although a little on the firm side were still comfortable. The private pool was nice and we really had no complaints with the property. The older members in our party loved the recliners after a long day at the park!

Family holiday fun

Our second stay at this lovely villa and the fact it's a return visit tells you all you need to know! A number of improvements from our previous visit made our trip even more enjoyable, decorating etc.

Perfect for our family

We had a fabulous time in Orlando!! We were very close to all Disney parks yet felt we had our own private oasis!! Deb was very responsive and provided plenty of information about the property and surrounding area. I would highly recommend this spot!!

Unbelievably awesome.

Place was amazing, clean, and had everything we needed for an amazing vacation. We visited Disney and Universal. Its a short easy drive to the parks. The pool and grill were amazing. And the game room was absolutely awesome.

Great home in a quiet gated community

The house was just what we expected based on pictures shown in listing. The home is clean and well updated. It was only my wife and I but this home could easily accommodated 2 families of 4. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Better than some others we have stayed at in the past in the Disney area. We did universal and Epcot and the drives were short and easy. I would recommend the promenade at sunset walk area for a night of food and drinks. 10 minutes from the house and on Friday nights they have an outdoor area with food, drinks and music. Also family friendly.

Relaxing Home Away from Home

My husband and I absolutely adore this home. It was peaceful, quiet, clean, and conveniently had everything we needed. The pool was great with perfect temperature. The only downfall is the master suite bed, it was very uncomfortable. We unfortunately couldn’t get good sleep due to that. The sheets and bed set was nice. We would love to come back, but the bed will be the main reason if we don’t.

Amazing Vacation

This was our first trip to Orlando. From the very first enquiry to Debbie, to leaving the villa at the end of our stay has been a great experience. If we have had a question Debbie has answered it and even when we had a slight issue with our internet and TV”s, Debbie promptly got it sorted and they were fixed within 3 hours. The Villa is clean and spacious and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you.The Gould’s

Universal Birthday trip

Took my boyfriend and his kids for a weekend to take the kids to Universal for their Birthdays. Kids enjoyed the pool(too cold for me but Hurrican Ian had just went through 24 hours prior so...) Gameroom was also a hit! Absolutely loved the layout of the house and the kitchen was very well stocked! Master bed was amazingly comfortable! Only recommendation it the pool furniture cushions could use a good pressure washing(and appeared to be more than just the after affects of Ian) but did not affect us at all. Overall was a fantastic stay and wished we had more time!

Overall the property was nice and clean. I didn’t understand why it was in necessary for “me” to begin the first load of laundry and to strip the beds that were used and a cleaning fee charged to secure the rentalThen as we were preparing breakfast on the morning of our departure, a large ROACH appeared under the kitchen table. We were mortified as we tried to kill this roach, and didn’t want it to get in our luggage that was all lined up because we were preparing for our departure.

We purchased this home when our children were young. It was a perfect get away home. My sister owns the home next door, which makes it perfect for large family gatherings. As our children have grown, we continue to enjoy 'getting away' to Florida, and now enjoy spending time with the whole family, including the grandkids.

Why they chose this property

The location is the best - so close to everything, restaurants, shopping, theme parks, water parks, and best of all, we're in a quiet neighborhood with a conservation area behind us, rather than another home. It's very peaceful.

What makes this property unique

The pool is perfect and gets plenty of sunshine. The location to the Disney parks can't be beat!
