The Home
With over 2,150 square feet of space, Hollywood on the Lake is perfect for families or groups who want room to spread out and feel at home. The living area offers a comfy sectional, extra seating, and a huge 75" smart TV — perfect for family movie nights. The adjacent dining table seats 8 and is a great spot for breakfast, board games, or a takeout feast.
Step through the sliding glass doors and you’ll find yourself in a peaceful screened pool and spa area, complete with lounge chairs, a four-person high-top dining table, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a swim. The home backs up to a beautiful lake with incredible sunset views — it’s like having your own private resort!
Kitchen & Dining
The open-concept kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need — including a Keurig, traditional drip coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, toaster, and microwave. The high-top breakfast bar with plush chairs makes a great spot for morning coffee or casual snacks. Whether you’re cooking for the whole family or just reheating leftovers, we’ve got you covered.

We want your stay to be easy and carefree. The home includes:
Hair dryers, pack-n-play, bed rails, and a safe
Complimentary starter supplies (paper towels, soap, TP, detergent, etc.)
Optional pool & spa heat for $30/day (must be requested at least 48 hours in advance)
Grill rentals available upon request
Driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles
Policies & Notes
No smoking indoors — $500 fee + remediation if violated
For the health and protection of other guests, no pets or emotional support animals (service animals welcome with prior notice)
Exterior security cameras protect guests and property; none inside or in pool area
Self-catering home – Hand soap, one roll of paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Once these items are used, the guest will need to shop for more if required.
