The open floor plan makes for a spacious living and dining area with a beautiful table to accommodate 6 guests and a high-top table that seats 4.

This property features TWO master suites with KING SIZE beds and two guest rooms. One guest bedroom features two twin beds and the other a full over full bunk bed.

Appliances included are refrigerator, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee makers (Keurig and brewer), toaster and blender. All utensils, cookware, dinnerware, glassware is also provided.

Air conditioned game room includes a pool table and foosball table.

**Optional pool/ heat service (recommended from October thru April - additional $25/night fee which basically covers our cost) Please give advance notice as it takes up to 24 hours or longer to heat up to operating temperature.

Barbecue grill is not provided.

Toilet paper, soap, detergent, and trash bags are provided. You may need to buy more or other supplies according to your length of stay and preference.

Secure key less entry to villa. Private door code for each Guest Stay. This home is protected by ADT Security. Outdoor security cameras are over the driveway, pool pump and heater on the side of the house and outdoor garbage bin.
