Come enjoy this luxurious 5-bedroom 4-bathroom villa with a private pool overlooking tranquil conservation views! There are no rear neighbors to obstruct your natural conservation view. A great place for viewing a variety of wildlife such as the Florida Sand Hill Cranes that regularly visit the rear lawn of the villa and eagles which can be seen soaring overhead. The pool has a screened in extended lanai with ample lounge chairs and 2 tables for outdoor seating. There are 2 master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and three other spacious bedrooms, one with an en suite. All bedrooms have smart TV’s with Netflix availability and Spectrum app with over 100 channels. Each master bedroom has a safe that is added for your comfort and convenience. There is a jacuzzi to relax in after a long day at Disney which is only a 20 minutes’ drive away. Or after golfing at world renowned golf courses that is within a few minutes’ drive from this home. This spacious home boasts an open floor plan, free Wi-Fi, and stereo surround sound in the living room and den. The game room has a pool table, darts, Foosball, and air hockey. The clubhouse has a zero-entry pool, spa, gym, cybercafé, ping pong table, playground and outdoor sand volleyball court. Watersong is a beautiful security gated resort that is close to all that Orlando has to offer, but still have a relaxing place to retire at the end of an action filled day!

Our stay was so enjoyable especially the pool and the hot tub. The house was exactly as you see online. The house had everything you would need to stay there. My grandson would stay in the pool all day if we let him. The game room is excellent for everyone. I cannot say enough about this house and location and will be back. The neighborhood was so quiet, all you heard was the birds.

Amazing home!

Our group of 6 adults loved this home!! Beautiful home to stay at along with the pool and hot tub, and the garage game room that were all used multiple days! A perfect place to stay for our trip to the area. Publix/gas station/Dunkin just 10 minutes away. Our favorite place that we have stayed through VRBO! Home is just as lovely as pictures online.

We would be happy to vacation here again. The pool was the star of the show for the grandkids! It is in a gated community and guarded by the most joyful and professional guard, named Maria. She was a highlight! Thanks for a great week.

Wonderful vacation home

This was the perfect location for our theme park filled week. It was very easy to get to Disney, Universal, and also super convenient to the airport. After long days at the park the beautiful pool was a welcome relief. The home is very spacious and the neighbourhood is gorgeous and safe. The whole family enjoyed our stay and we'd stay here again for our next Orlando trip! The host Raja was also wonderful and really easy to communicate with.

Very enjoyble stay

Very clean and well maintained. Raja was a great host. Very responsive as was his property mgr. Our grandkids totally enjoyed the pool. We also took advantage of the great pool at the resort. Would totally recommend this propety to anyone. The only drawback was the heavy traffic at times...but nothing that raja could do anything about!! Stay away from rush hour!!

Disney Vacation

My family and I stayed at Watersong for a Disney vacation in August 2021 and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. Everything is exactly as pictured and written. Check in and check out was simple. The property itself was beautiful and we would definitely stay here again when we visit Florida. On a scale of 1-10 this house definitely gets a 10 from the Miller Family. Thank you for everything!!!

Loved everything!!

This home was the perfect place for our family to get away to relax and enjoy some time at Disney too! Everything was as described and only exceeded our expectations. We wouldn’t change a thing and would love to return in the future. With the pool, foosball, darts, and pool table, no one was ever complaining about being bored. If anyone needed some quiet time, there was plenty of space to sneak off to. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to easily prepare meals at “home”. Thank you for being so accommodating and helping us enjoy a perfect vacation.

Review of Watersong Property

I would without any doubt recommend staying at this villa. Communications with owner were superb as was any communication with the management company. The house was beautiful, clean, very well stocked, bedroom locations offered plenty of privacy and plenty of bathrooms. Games room was a great plus and also close to the club house which offered pool and gym facilities. Outdoor pool great size and overlooking beautiful conservation area. Neighbourhood nice and very quiet. From security perspective, very diligent guarded front gate and house has alarm and safety boxes for valuables. Would not look elsewhere for villa rental if going to Orlando again.

Beautiful home beautiful view

We are a family of 10. The pictures are accurate. The home fit our needs as far as space and was very clean (not one bug sighting in the house during the entire 10 day stay!). The kitchen was very well equipped. The owner supplied us with milk, orange juice, and cereal when we arrived. A wonderful touch since we arrived late at night. The patio/pool is amazing and the third bathroom is easily accessible from the pool. The nature view out the back is private and even though there are neighbors on both sides, the hedges provide privacy. The management couple were very helpful during our entire stay...we had no serious issues, they delivered the grill and helped us with one of the safes in the bedroom. The owner was very accommodating to changing our reservation, as we needed to before our arrival. 25 minute drive to WDW with no traffic. We would absolutely stay in this beautiful home again!

Love this house

This was our second year staying here and we booked this house for next year already. This house is amazing and is in a perfect location. This is our kids favorite house out of all the ones we've stayed in.
