Property was well kept. Hard to tell by pictures how close the “community items” such as pool and game room were to house location. Overall pleasant stay in quiet area. Gated community is very large with lots of access gates so just be sure to utilize correct one on arrival.

Victor was extremely attentive and an excellent communicator. He responded to my questions and requests in a timely manner. The house was very spacious and we had more than enough room. The house even had a high chair, walker and play pen available, which was unexpected and a bonus! The house was clean. The pool was clean. Access to the home was smooth. We were very pleased! I would definitely return!

The home suited our family well as we were in Florida to watch our boys play collegiate baseball. We were grateful for the space, many bedrooms and baths, and took advantage of the heated pool and hot tub. The amenities in champions gate were a huge bonus. We would gladly stay again!

The house was perfect, neighborhood was quiet, and the hosts communicated everything very well from check in, to check out, or any questions I had. It was 6 of us so everybody basically had their own bathroom. The location was close enough to everything we wanted to do. 30-45 minutes was the most due to construction on the roads. I would def stay here again. The worst part was deciding on which bedroom to take....the one downstairs with its own bathroom and door to the pool/hot tub or the one upstairs with its own master bathroom. 10/10

We had a very enjoyable stay! The home is beautiful, spacious, and in an excellent location—especially for a family visiting Disney. We really enjoyed the house and the convenience of being so close to everything we wanted to do.We did encounter some cleanliness issues when we arrived that required the cleaning crew to return. However, I want to emphasize how well the owner handled the situation. He communicated with us throughout the process, immediately worked to have the issues addressed, and continued following up until everything was resolved to our satisfaction. He even provided a partial reimbursement for the inconvenience, which we greatly appreciated.Things don't always go perfectly when traveling, and sometimes circumstances are outside an owner's direct control. What matters to us is how someone responds when an issue arises, and our host genuinely cared about making things right.Once everything was addressed, we had a very pleasant stay and thoroughly enjoyed the home. Beautiful property, fantastic location for Disney, and an owner who communicated well and took care of us. We would definitely recommend this home!

This is a great house! Very spacious and very clean. It has high end finishings throughout the house. We loved the open concept design where we could spread out but still feel included. The pool was very nice, great temperature to relax in for hours. The community was nice and safe. The community pool was really cool, but very crowded when we visited. The host is incredible! Very nice and excellent communication. Truly did a great job!
