Beautiful house in an amazing location. Everything was clean, host communication was excellent. Perfect location for Disney parks. The pool was better than expected and perfect for the kids to splash around in and us to sit in during quieter times. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back. Thank you

The property was amazing, so close to a super Walmart for amenities if you need anything. WDW and other parks are super close and restaurants all very close if you don’t want to eat all meals in the park. Avocados was a great Mexican restaurant we went to for dinner that Kim suggested. It was delicious. Kim was a terrific host, and my familywould definitely stay again. Thank you so much Kim for sharing your wonderful home with us. We had a fabulous time. Everything was so clean. The kids enjoyed the community pool. It was very quiet. It was truly wonderful and you’re a wonderful host. That’s for making our 2026 Disney Trip special.

Pool was wonderful and just a few steps away. Community hot tub was great. Rooms were well furnished and small pool on lanai was wonderful at the end of the day. Decorations were cute for the kids. Proximity to Disney parks was great. Home needs some repairs and updating. Bedroom doorknob on first floor fell off and sink front on 2nd floor kids room partially off. Master bedroom mattress needs replacement. Towels are threadbare and need to be replaced. Rugs needs to be deep cleaned or replaced. Dishwasher door falls when opened.Overall a good deal for the money - great location and home, just needs some TLC.

Amazing stay for almost 3 weeks July/aug. Windsor hills is a lovely secure area and the pool being so close was perfect for the kids. We didn’t need to use the small pool at the townhouse very much as we spent a couple of hours at the communal pool/water slides/table tennis etc. the house was bigger than I expected and the beds were really comfy. The kids loved the bunk beds. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Definitely somwhere we would return to! Thank you Kimberley

This is the 4th consecutive year we've stayed in this townhouse, and we've already booked a stay for next year. The unit is very nice and well-appointed. The owner (Kimberly) is always super responsive to any questions we might have. The heated pool is a big plus, and the location is great for all things Disney-related. It's a great place to stay.
