What a wonderful stay at this home away from home in Windsor Hills. The communication was excellent with clear and timely instructions for arrival, stay and departure. The property was very clean and all amenities were there for our family of three. The rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed the pool multiple times per day! This was our 6th stay at WH and we also enjoyed the main resort pool and waterpark. The renovation to the clubhouse was done well. Would definitely choose this property again!

Last minute Orlando Get Away

Very nice residence. Was 10 miles or less from anything you would want to do in Orlando or Disney. The resort staff and property managers made sure our stay was super easy so we could focus on our vacation.

I rated the property 4 stars because the photos project a much newer appearance. Kitchen cabinets are in poor condition, and insufficient amount of silverware. Lighting in the garage is dim when doing laundry or playing games. The property served its purpose and we love Windsor Hills. We have stayed on Windsor Hills many times and it is a great location near Disney and Universal.

Great Spot

The house was exactly as described, and myself and the family greatly enjoyed staying there. We spent plenty of time in the pool and hot tub, and the complex's water park was well used by the kids. We would stay there again.

Family Vacation

We rented this house to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday. It was a great house. It was clean. Pool and hot tub were also nice. Didn’t use community much because we’re busy at parks, but it is a nice neighborhood.

Beautiful vacation home

The home was very clean and had everything you needed. We did have an issue where the stand alone hot tub was dirty and had a smell. We reached out to the property manager and they came right out, drained and completely cleaned the hot tub. From then on it worked perfectly.

Second trip to this resort, first time at this property. Would love to stay again! Very spacious. Great communication from the booking company. Had a few small issues with tvs, just let them know for future guests and they were fixed in less than 24 hours.

Location is excellent as is the checkin process. Property is a little dated and could use a deep clean. That said, everything works and it’s a good sized property.

Everything that we needed. Kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub. Unfortunately it was too chilly during our stay for the pool but nice patio area with table. House is Close to Disney, shopping and restaurants, Liked that all bedrooms had their own bathroom.

Family trip to Orlando

Grrat location. Home was clean, except for a few worms that got in, which means they had not been in to clean recently, probably due to no checkouts. A/C was cold, and all appliances were functioning. We spent most of our down time in the pool. Great community to walk around at night and feel safe. We totally didnt even check out the clubhouse, which is on our list for next time. We would recommend this location, and plan on returning

Description was accurate

Everything is the description was exactly how it was. They had plenty of towels i loved that the check in process was easy and the house was very clean. The hot tub was so nice we loved that feature. The house was a little outdated but it served it purpose and the price was good. Will rent again.

Great house, excellent Location

We have used Windsor Hills properties a number of times over the years and have always had a great experience. This property lived up to expectation. All amenities were excellent and the community facilities were great as well. There is a new Walmart on the main road so groceries and gas were very close. This is a great property for families and if you are going to any of the parks I would highly recommend it.

Small Family Retreat

My family and I have traveled to the Orlando area many times over the years and have stayed at this property more than once. It is clean tiddy and has all the standard household needs. The property managers are quick to responed should you need them. And we found very accomadating to your vacation schdule. I would refer this property to any family or small group.

Great place for a family!

We stayed with three teenagers. Everyone had fun enjoying the pool & hot tub, and there were also a few billiards and foosball tournaments. The property was as described, and very close to Disney parks. The property manager was very responsive to communication, and we had all of the information we needed for a smooth check-in and departure. Overall a great time. The hot tub cover is going to need to be replaced soon - I imagine that may be a common issue with the covers (it is sunk in in the middle, so doesn't fit as well as it should. Did not affect the tempertature of the water, but perhaps the efficiency of heating it. )

Great location!

The resort was beautiful and clean (except some of the dishes we washed before using). The house perfect for us and we especially enjoyed the separate hot tub and pool heat was perfect! There are a few upgrades to the house that could be done (ie: hot tub cover was sagging and ripped, the pool lighting was not working). The location to the Disney Parks is quick and painless. There are lots of shops nearby for everything you my need. And the welcome centre/community centre offers a wide range of activities for your whole family. The pool area, water slides, movie theater and outdoor courts for basketball, tennis, pickleball, beach volleyball and even a putting green were so much fun! Everything was maintained from inside to out! Was a beautiful resort and we would definitely go back!
