The location was great for our daily trips to the parks. The house layout gave everyone their own space to relax in at the end of each day. The hot tub was a nice way to relax tired bodies. The house had all of the things we needed to make our stay go well (multiple coffee maker options, dishes, pans, etc.). Definitely happy with our choice.

What a wonderful stay at this home away from home in Windsor Hills. The communication was excellent with clear and timely instructions for arrival, stay and departure. The property was very clean and all amenities were there for our family of three. The rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed the pool multiple times per day! This was our 6th stay at WH and we also enjoyed the main resort pool and waterpark. The renovation to the clubhouse was done well. Would definitely choose this property again!

Great Spot

The house was exactly as described, and myself and the family greatly enjoyed staying there. We spent plenty of time in the pool and hot tub, and the complex's water park was well used by the kids. We would stay there again.

Never unlocked the hot tub.Disney/universal trip. Other than Friday (clean up day) we were not at the house much. Used house pool once and resort pool/slides two days. We stayed at another house in Windsor Hills in 2023 and like the location. No complaints.I would stay here again if we schedule another Disney/ Universal trip.Observations: need a few more forks & spoons.No issues with WiFi, host or cleanliness.I always bring house supplies with me because provided supplies vary with different owners.The starter supplies at this house are good, in my opinion.

Beautiful vacation home

The home was very clean and had everything you needed. We did have an issue where the stand alone hot tub was dirty and had a smell. We reached out to the property manager and they came right out, drained and completely cleaned the hot tub. From then on it worked perfectly.

I rated the property 4 stars because the photos project a much newer appearance. Kitchen cabinets are in poor condition, and insufficient amount of silverware. Lighting in the garage is dim when doing laundry or playing games. The property served its purpose and we love Windsor Hills. We have stayed on Windsor Hills many times and it is a great location near Disney and Universal.
