This place is very spacious and quiet. If you need additional accommodations please reach out. The property is perfect if you're visiting for Disney or any of the surrounding parks. Its a lot of theme parks in the area. I'm in the process of creating a directory book for all guests. There's on-site restaurant located at the clubhouse within 5min walk inside the community. You can host special events/dinners and request for special menu. I can put you into contact with restaurant owner to per-coordinate your arrangements before you arrival.

There is a keypad on the front door for seamless and secure entry. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, just confirm in advance with your hosts. From this fully furnished townhouse, you are a one minute walk to the sparkling community pool, surrounded by padded sun loungers under large umbrellas and cabanas.

Work up a sweat in the high tech fitness center overlooking the pool, let your kids play in the children’s area, and enjoy five- star meals from the on-site restaurant. The on-site restaurant can make many other off the menu items besides Italian cuisine. They also do special catered meals with requests only. I can help coordinate any advanced special occasion events. Grab a pool lounger when the sun goes down and enjoy Disney’s firework show poolside!

3. Absolutely no smoking or use of drugs of any sort inside the apartment. You agree to pay $250 penalty for smoking inside the unit
4. Let me be the 1st to know if you have any questions, needs, issues or concerns. The office staff are not responsible for your stay
5. Please be kind to our Earth by turning off lights, water valves, and thermostat when not in use.
6. Absolutely no parties or events allowed. Be respectful to neighbors next door.
7. Decor and furniture may differ slightly from pictures
8. I'm not responsible for any closures, unforeseen or planned, of any building amenities. Due to such closures, refunds will not be given. Please also note that pools may be seasonal and we are not responsible for any refunds due to pool closure or maintenance.
9. For a smooth check-in, fill in the pre-checkin questionnaire sent to you after confirming your reservation.
10. Please coordinate any special occasions such as birthdays, anniversary or etc. if you plan to use on-site restaurant for special cuisine.
