We had a wonderful time staying at this home. Accommodation was perfect for 4 adults with each of us having our own room. Location was in a quiet, safe residential area, far enough from the busy areas but close enough to shopping. House very clean and well appointed. Pool was great. We would definitely stay here again.

This home was immaculate and well appointed with everything you will need for a spectacular vacation. The view by the pool is second to none! All the furniture was so comfortable, allowing you to snooze by the gorgeous pool. Communication and check in/out was a breeze. We will definitely return!

Villa has been newly renovated and is well equipped. Excellent location and quiet area. Owner is responsive and very easy to deal with. Really enjoyed our 3 month stay. Would definitely recommend this villa. Information book and posted signs in villa should be updated!

Everything was as listed. Communications was incredible. The house is beautiful and clean and has signs explaining switches, electronics, etc. True professionals the way they have the house set up. It couldnt have been more thought out. Highly recommend.

I have stayed in a number of vacation rentals this one is the cleanest by far.the host is accommodating the inside of the villa looks like new. new flooring new furniture the pool was deck redone pool water was clean and clear and warm beautiful view over looks a small body of water very nice and quiet neighborhood can’t wait to come back the villa has everything you want or need Awesome time

Great Home!

We stayed from Feb21-Mar 3, the home accommodated 4 adults, 2 teens and an 11year old no problem.Everything was well kept, communication with property manager was excellent, no issues at all throughout our stay.The salt water pool was awesome and we did pay for it to be heated, using it nearly every evening.The home is within approx 30 min of the parks, grocery store approx 7 min away. It was perfect for our stay! I would recommend this home and would stay again if we return to Florida.

Not to far from all the activities

The property was great for our family of 4. Plenty of room for all. The villa is equipped with all what we needed and kept in good condition. The weather was excellent not too humid so we didn’t get the full effect of the Florida heat(Thankfully). The screened in pool, kept most of the bugs out. The location is quiet, away from the crowds. 25-35 minutes depending on traffic to Disney and other attractions. Very much enjoyed our stay and had a great time in Florida.
