Enjoy your time in a beautiful 4 bedroom , 3 bathroom, private heated pool home in a gated community. Relax by the water or escape to any of the many offerings Central Florida has to offer. Disney, Universal, Waterparks, USTA, you name it, is only minutes away (20 minutes max to any spot!). As a guest in this home you will have exclusive access to the private clubhouse, tennis court, basketball court, grills, pool, and gym just a 3 min walk from the home. When you are ready to go home, the airport is moments away- although you won't want to leave. Cancellation policy due to COVID-19 100% refund.

Great Place in Orlando

We had a wonderful stay. Everything we needed was there. The pool was great. The house was just what we needed and in a great neighborhood. We certainly would stay again anytime we need a place in Orlando.

Great Vacation Getaway

Very close to MCO and not too far from Disney. Walmart, Publix, & some restaurants were close. The only drawback to this wonderful home is its directly under the flight path of incoming airplane to MCO. This didnt bother our family but thought it deserved a mention. Would stay here again and Annette was amazing!

Spring break

This was our first stay stay with a VRBO or with any house rental To say this house was an amazing is an understatement. We had a amazing time and the house is as described and much more Communication with the manager was great and she was very quick with response Our only concern was the house could use a deep clean. Floors a little dirty, some dust here and a few other areas that could use attention but it’s a rental and I am sure there is a quick turnaround with this property I hope your family enjoys this as much as we did and we definitely would make a return trip back to this house again

Nice neighborhood.

House was very satisfying. The pool area was a plus. Great area for evening walks. The location to the USTA facility was good and an easy drive. Also very close to the airport, which presents the noise factor.

Comfortable and seamless

The house is exactly as advertised. Communication with the host was excellent - she was very responsive when we had questions. The beds are very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet (be warned that it’s under an airport flight path, so you will hear planes, but they are quiet at night). The pool was great - we paid for heating and it was really nice to have a pool to come home to at night. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking, too.

Great all around

Vacation Home was a Winner!!

Our family had a wonderful stay here while doing Disney. Communication with the host was exceptional. All amenities were as described and the property was very clean. We opted for the heated pool and really enjoyed it. We would highly recommend this property in the quiet beautiful neighborhood.

Great location for Universal very useful baby things as well

It is very conveniently located to Universal. The home was very nice and we were able to request a heated pool - manager was quick to respond and it warmed nicely given the “colder” temperatures.They have a nice crib for our Grandson. There is also a high chair that worked great. The kitchen was perfect we had 8 adults it worked great. The beds in the rooms are full beds, so just pay attention to that if it matters to you (it was well described in the listing so it shouldn’t be a surprise). Laundry worked well. The club house pool and hot tub were nice. There is a pickleball/tennis court there as well. There is a nice green space in front of the property that worked well for practicing disc golf. We had a little challenge getting into the gated community but that was my user error. If I had read both emails I would have seen the gate code. One room had a smoke smell that I bet they’ll work on. Overall super fun and perfect for our size group.

Beautiful Home

Perfect for easy access to Austin Tindall

3 moms, 4 kids for lax tournament- super convenient to fields at Austin Tindall. Super clean, lots of space, great pool and park across the street for extra practice. Highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.

The house was beautiful, well decorated and very clean. Everything was good, except the middle bedroom has bedbugs. The microwave doesn't work and there were not enough towels for everyone. We had to go purchase extra towels and normal supplies that are normally provided.

Great Family Escape

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We stayed here while visiting Disney. The house was very comfortable for our family of 5 along with a couple of relatives and our dog. The kids enjoyed the pool. It was also a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood complete with an outdoor space for walking our pooch.

Lovely Home

I had a wonderful stay at this rental house! The home was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed. The quiet neighborhood was a huge plus, offering a relaxing atmosphere without any noise or disturbances. It was easy to settle in and feel right at home. The only minor issue we encountered was ants and a handful of palmetto bugs. Nothing too disruptive, and honestly, it’s to be expected in the area. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Peaceful Oasis

This was our third time staying at this property and we will probably be back! The area is amazing. The walking paths in the neighborhood are excellent. You are close to pretty much anything you could want or need. Plenty close to Disney and universal but far enough away to avoid all the crowding and traffic. The house is equipped with anything and everything you could need during your stay. Very relaxing and comfortable.

Emergency getaway

We escaped the coast due to an upcoming hurricane. Annette was very easy and accommodating to work with especially with the short term notice. The house had everything we needed and is located in a quiet neighborhood which helped to bring down our stress levels.

Wonderful Stay at a Beautiful House with Pool in Kissimmee

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Kissimmee! The property exceeded our expectations in every way, providing the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The private pool was stunning and well-maintained, ideal for cooling off after a day at the parks. There was plenty of seating around the pool for sunbathing and relaxing. The interior of the house was beautifully decorated with modern and elegant touches. The living area was spacious and comfortable for our family. Each bedroom was cozy with high-quality linens and plenty of storage. The master bedroom, in particular, was a highlight with its en-suite bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals, with modern appliances and ample counter space. The location was perfect, with easy access to Disney World, Universal Studios, and other attractions. There were also numerous restaurants and shops within a short Overall, this beautiful house with a pool in Kissimmee provided us with a fantastic and memorable vacation. Relaxing Getaway

We very much enjoyed the property, there was actually more space at the house than what we expected. The photos were great, and the house was definitely larger than the photos could show. There was an additional bedroom that was not in the photos that was great as well. The pool was amazing and made the week so relaxing. Highly recommend. Also, the property Manager was very responsive and helpful. There was an issue with the sink, not draining, but we were actually able to fix it while we were there. The property manager said they would take care of it once we had left.

Lovely property

Stayed for a couple of weeks in August and had a fabulous time. Good location - could easily access all the theme parks within 25 mins, shops within walking distance. Pool area lovely and well equipped, kitchen fully stocked and clean. No complaints, would definitely recommend.
