The pool and hot tub were a hit with the grandkids and they spent most of the time at the house there. The living room furniture really needs upgraded but beds were adequate. Most definitely need to do a deep cleaning especially under the furniture and around appliances. We had a completely amazing time while on vacation.

House was wonderful. Liked having our own pool. It was very quiet and easy to get around. Lynn was great with staying in contact with us. The pool area was needing to have cobwebs brushed off. They could include other essentials like paper towels and hand soap. They tell you that they don't provide it.

Thanks Kris, I am not sure what you mean by the master bedroom bed needs to replaced? The washer and dryer are working good.

We enjoyed our stay. Even though we weren’t there much. It was 30 to 40 minutes to Disney, Universal studios & Sea World. It also only about 1 hour 20 minutes to the coast. So kit served as great home base.

Communication with the host Lynn was excellent - she was prompt and very helpful!Make sure you bring toilet paper, trash bags, Kleenex, paper towels, and dish washing soap with you if you are staying for more than a day or two. The house is in a great location with Wal-Mart and Aldi very close by. The house has lots of space to spread out but large enough areas to hangout with your entire group. Having the pool and hot tub in the back yard is a huge plus and a wonderful addition to the experience. Absolutely recommend booking this vacation home.

Host was welcoming and communicated well before and during the stay. House is in a prime location close to Disney World and Universal parks. TVs were not "smart" and my kids (in their late 20s) did not use the TVs in their rooms prefer to use their laptop or iPad instead.Overall our stay was good and much better than a hotel.
