This home was a great spot for a quick no-nonsense place to stay near the theme parks. Simple, basic, and easy. The property manager had great communication before and during our stay.

Disney Vacation

The house is located in great proximity to disney and universal parks. Midevil Times dinner theater just a few miles up the road. Home exactly as described. Easy communication with manager and owner. Both very helpful and accomodating. My family loved their stay. Beautiful home and relaxing. I highly recommend and we will return again.

Country Music Festival Stay

Due to another rental cancelation we found this rental at the last minute. It was everything the host said it was. Host reached out a few times to make sure everything was going well. It was clean and comfortable. We appreciate consistency with what the host says there space is and what actually is when we got there. This isn't always the case, but it is with this one.

Perfect getaway in every way

This is my 5th time using VRBO to book Florida vacation accommodations. Previously I've stayed in townhomes, which were all very nice. I am pretty particular, especially when it comes to cleanliness. This was my first time staying in a single home. My husband and I and my very active parents stayed for 11 days. I must say, this is now my favorite stay. Eric was very easy to communicate with. His responses were quick and helpful. Check in and check out was a breeze. He is very organized, which I appreciate. The house was beautiful. It had everything we needed although there are only enough forks/spoons for 1 service for 6 so we found ourselves handwashing silverware right after breakfast every day so as not to waste water and time with the dishwasher for just silverware. Not a bit deal at all, and it makes sense since this house accommodates 6, but just a heads up in case future guests want to grab some plastic cutlery in a pinch. The house was CLEAN! The refrigerator was spotless. We were very mindful to keep all food stored, covered, off the countertops, but I was still impressed that not a single bug paid us a visit during our stay. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of linens and beach towels for the pool. The pool was beautiful. We ordered heat for the pool and even though we had record heat during our stay, the heated pool was glorious. The pool caretaker came twice for regular cleaning. He was friendly and unobtrusive. He was in and out quickly and the pool looked great. We also requested a bbq grill. It was nothing fancy, but it got the job done! The neighborhood is lovely. Well kept homes and yards all around. We would take walks in the morning and were greeted with friendly hellos as people headed to work or were already working in their yards. It was quiet and peaceful in the evenings. There is a Super Walmart about 5 minutes away which was very convenient. There is a Super Target about 10 minutes away. We went to Universal Studios and Magic Kingdom during our stay. Again, the house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but main road access is within 5 minutes. I want to thank Eric for sharing his home with us. This will be my go-to spot going forward. I hope to make this an annual tradition (and hopefully stay even longer next time!)

Great Stay, but Mattresses Need an Upgrade

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and very clean home. The location was perfect, and the pool was a huge hit with our kids—they absolutely loved it! The only reason we’re not giving five stars is that the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and felt very worn out. They definitely need to be replaced. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and we truly enjoyed our time here!

Perfect home away from home!

2dn time we rented from Eric. Did not disappoint.. Some parts of the house need a tochup, but all worked fine. Good value for money and close proximity to stores, restaurants, Disney (20 min) and Universal (30 min)

We had an excellent experience at this property. It was exactly as depicted and promised. Highly recommend! The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The home was immaculate, simply furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, and had easy access to golf courses, nearby attractions and shopping . The host was very responsive and accommodating, ensuring our every need was met. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Five stars all the way!

Clean, Quiet, and wonderful stay with pool

This house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed lots of swimming and lounging by the pool. The water was perfectly heated (extra) and made it so enjoyable to use. The master bed and queen beds were very comfortable. Didn't really use the twin beds. The house is very very clean and Eric was very responsive and made sure everything was good. We didn't need him for anything but was nice to know he was available if needed. We stayed at another rental of his last year and that was one reason I chose him again was very clean property and great communication. We didn't cook so I can't speak of kitchen supplies but the fridge/freezer worked great for our left overs, ice cream and beverages. We also enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage. Location was great! You are near so many restaurants and Congo River Putt Putt was a almost daily go to for us with their weekly pass. Oak Park is not far and had really nice tennis courts and a wall to hit on. You are also just about an hour from Lego Land which is the only park we went to this year. You are closer to Sea World and all the other parks depending on traffic. Thank you Eric and Jenny for a wonderful rental. We will definitely stay again if we come back to this area!

Beautiful home near Give Kids the World Village

Our family had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect as we needed to be near Give Kids the World Village. A five minute walk or one minute drive. Plus very accessible to all of the theme parks in Orlando. This was a special trip for our family and we’re so grateful to the hosts for providing a beautiful place to rest at the end of the day. We’ll book again if we’re ever back in Kissimmee!

It was AWESOME

My family and I greatly enjoyed staying at this property. It was close to the parks and at night when we'd come home (so tired) it was great to be able and relax in the pool. This was the first time I've rented a house for a stay like this and it is just so much more comfortable for everybody then trying to cram everyone into even a really nice hotel room. Everyone having their own space at times made the trip that much better. We'd stay there again, even if we weren't planning on going to the parks.

Clean, quiet, great location, privacy and pool

This home was perfect for our family’s recent vacation! The pool was such a treat at the end of the day and the house was immaculate! This particular home is well cared for and the owner was great in communicating with us when any questions arose! I 100% recommend this home to anyone looking to be close to the Disney and other theme parks but wants to be away from the constant chaos that comes with hotel stays.
