5 star Luxury villa, you will not be disappointed at this truly charming villa it is simply out of this world. We believe you will find everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel, with the convenience, comfort and privacy of your own luxury villa. 6 bedrooms with a north west facing private pool, ensuring you have all day sun by the pool. All rooms are furnished to the highest of standards with exclusive furnishings to make this home special. All bedrooms have en-suite bathroom , built in wardrobes and TV's. With two spacious lounge and dining areas, a fully equipped luxury kitchen with a butlers pantry. A games room with pool table, table tennis, air hockey and darts, also a Wii games consol. An extended pool and spa that sits on a screened deck area, with its superb views overlooking the lake at the rear of the property. We can assure that you will not be disappointed as the house is extensively equipped and is a luxurious place to relax after a hard day at the theme parks

Outside the Villa...: The pool area is North West facing so your guaranteed all day sun in the pool area. The pool has been upgraded to an increased size of 30 x 15', it is a heated pool and integrated Jacuzzi/spa with colored lighting, With an extended lanai area.
The pool is fully covered with a special screen enclosure to keep the bugs out. and also a fully screened pool area to keep the little ones away from the pool when you are not around this is fully moveable. the heater was also upgrading to provide gas pool heating - to get the spa up to temperature fast even in the coldest weather! The coloured lighting means that you can enjoy a late night dip.

For those wishing to bathe without the screen the facilities of the outdoor pool at the club house is available to use for all guests.

The BellaVida Resort...: The BellaVida Resort is a gated community of private homes owned by individuals and designed for vacation rentals. BellaVida has its own 6700sq ft grand clubhouse and over 15 acres of lakes, having a host of features including a large zero entry pool, cybercafe, exercise room, sand volleyball, basketball, children's playground, formal Italian style gardens and more.

Fabulous Family Reunion

Spacious 6 bedrooms for the 7 of us, each with private bath, we were all very happy with our privacy. Enjoyed warm pool and spa. Game room in garage was great, we wish we had more time to enjoy it. Wonderful location to shopping. We would stay again.

Perfect family getaway

Beautiful home. It worked well for our group of 6 adults (3 couples) and a 1yr old. There was plenty of room to relax and visit with family. The pool was a favorite!!

Perfect location

Loved the location and convenience to everything. Nice neighborhood, etc. Very spacious and overall had everything we needed. There were a few issues with the house that we not big deals, but notable, when we arrived there was bags of trash in one rooms closet, food on the kitchen utensil holder, etc. There were items that needed repair, such as the handle to the oven was loose and falling off, closet door off track, and a clogged sink that was slow draining. But nothing urgent that we wanted to spend part of our paid trip dealing with having maintenance come and fix while we were there. We preferred it be fixed after we left so that it didnt interfere with our stay. I reported ilthe issues to the owner, prior to or leaving the following day, he responded in a way that seemed if he was blaming us for damaging the stove, which is not the case. When I asked if he was saying that he stopped responding all together. Overall, I would stay there again,

The check in process was simple… which was great because we drove 10 hours. All together we had a party of 12, and there was still plenty of room..House was clean, pool was warm.. just perfect! Definitely will stay again.

Great experience from start to finish. The owner was more than helpful and promptly replied to our enquiries. Lovely villa in a good location close to the attractions, Kissimmee Old Town and many restaurants. Neighbourhood was quite and secure with 24 hour security.

Overall great stay

Was perfect size and plenty of room for all of our families. Pool was perfect, plenty of amenities. Air conditioning needed to work a bit more. The carpets (stairs) and flooring needed a deep cleaning. The towels were damp in the closet (I suspect it the cleaning crew put them away damp out of the dryer) Location was great, so close to everything.

Beautiful and spacious

We had a wonderful vacation. The house is beautiful, very spacious and in a very nice complex. It is very convenient to Universal, Disney and lots of great restaurants. It’s also only a little over an hour from Cocoa Beach. All bedrooms are upstairs, so please be mindful of that if you have someone disabled, elderly, etc. I did send a message to the owner for one small thing and he responded very promptly. I highly recommend. 😊

A villa with a difference!

What can I say? Well, firstly i would like to thank Clare in helping us with all of the booking and organisation of our villa choice and also the US arm of the vacation rentals who were there if needed and were really helpful too. As for the villa, all I can say is first class and is a beautiful new property on the outskirts of Kissimmee in the Bella Vista Development. Its close to the freeway and to Walmart(24hrs) for that important stock of cold drinks. The location is within 25 minutes of Seaworld and Universal and closer to Disney. Its great for access but also tucked out of the way to provide a bit of peace and quiet. (And close to Kissimmee Light Airport for you light aircraft spotters) The villa is beautiully furnished and everything you need for a wonderful stay is provided. The villa layout is excellent with areas where you can all enjoy time together and time out for that little bit of holiday quiet with a good book. All of the bedrooms are of an excellent size (in fact massive by UK and European standards) with good quality bathrooms and ensuites servicing most rooms. The rooms are well appointed with good quality drawer units and cupboard space and a Television in each room for those that don't want to miss the never ending stream of weather reports. The living area furnishings are high quality and modern and are not the usual holiday let furnishings you find in many villas. The pool is warm and a good depth with a fantastic outlook onto the lake which is both private and peaceful. The games room has the best quality games tables I have seen and are good for passing away an hour when the occasional afternoon thunderstorm passes by. What more can I say about the villa! Except my family loved this holiday and we will be booking again as soon as we can and that hopefully we can spend more time at the Villa this time with less time in the parks to actually really enjoy it. Great home base for family trip to Universal!

Great place to stay for a family trip to Universal! After a long day at the parks this home was a great place to come back to relax and reset. Everyone had their own room and bathroom which was so nice for our adult children & spouses. So many options to just chill whether that be swimming in the private or community pool, walking around the community pond or even working out at the clubhouse. The house had everything we needed to be able to start and end the day in comfort. The property owner and vacation rental manager were great to respond to questions or requests. The property is in a nice gated community with easy access to amusement parks, restaurants, movie theaters, etc. Highly recommend for anyone planning a family trip to the amusement parks in Orlando!

Great vacation Villa.

The property was clean and well maintained. I thought it was larger in person than the photos. The pool was warm and enjoyed by all. We swam morning, afternoon and evening and it was always enjoyable. It was great not having to pack beach towels because they were furnished along with bathroom towels. The house is very quiet. I could not hear other family members getting ready in the morning. The kitchen is well stocked. There is a variety of glasses. We especially liked the large plastic ones we could use on the outside table. There are lots of silverware. The cupboards had everything from plates to pots and pans. The refrigerator is very large. Having the Super Walmart down the street was great. We were only 20 minutes from Universal Studios and the way GPS took us we missed all the traffic. We loved our stay here and would come again.

Excellent property for family stay.

The Villa was very spacious, well equipped and very clean! Great location and would certainly stay again. I would also add the pool area was the cleanest I have come across during all my stays in Orlando. Great communications with the owner too prior to our visit.
