Fully airconditioned 3,456 sq ft villa with 7 Bedrooms, all with en-suite Bathrooms! Our resort is 24/7 guarded and gated and by far the best kept resort in the area. The landscaping team are on resort almost daily maintaining the highest of standards. The villa is not far from Lake Berkley's nature walking trail. Lake Berkley is just about 8.3 miles away from Disney ! The villa is rented out as a self-catering home

Our villa is overlooking a natural lake with a view on the Bird Island in the lake. See all the wildlife from your pool deck, including many bird species, otters, turtles, etc.

The big private swimming pool is said to be the largest private pool on Lake Berkley and has special lighting effects for added atmosphere during the evenings. A children pool safety fence can be installed on request. The pool can be heated for an additional charge of $30/day plus local taxes. We recommend the pool heating during October to April as the water cools off more during the night time.

Our home features 7 Bedrooms, EACH with their own Bathroom. All our Bedrooms have a smart TV. All the TV's in the villa have extended packages, offering hundreds of channels including many sport channels. If you have HBO Go, Netflix, Hulu or any other streaming account, you just log in and see your favorite series or movies.

Our home boosts a vast variety of equipment, including free fast Wi-Fi connection up to 200 Mbps (wireless speed may vary), Smart televisions in every room are including Disney+. Furthermore Sonos sound system, your own gas BBQ, fishing rods and tackle, Play Station 4 with games, Blu Ray player, badminton & tennis rackets and basketball for your enjoyment on the resort courts. Although the area is very secure, we have a fixed safe installed for which each new guest get their unique safe code. Furthermore, we have different amenities for the younger children, including a cot plus pack-and-play, strollers, high chair, baby phone, children gate, step-up for near the bathroom sink, etc.

Family Room
Our family room is grand, vast and spacious. All windows are tinted to deflect the Florida heat and compliments our fully air conditioned home. The room is superbly equipped with a 55 inch Smart TV with full cable package. The SONOS sound system will enable guests to personalize their music tastes whilst relaxing on one of our comfortable sofa s. This room also houses a dining table that caters for 5 diners with ease and is ideal for enjoying meals in a cooler environment whilst still offering great views over the lake and island.

Formal Dining Area
Our large dining table offers 10 guests a quality and charming place to dine in comfort and style. We have an abundance of china and glassware to enable guests to dine in a splendid environment which is complimented by views from the dining area over the lake. By featuring an open plan aspect the cook or chef will be able to fully partake in the dining experience without having to leave the room.


Games Room
Our fully loaded games room is impressively equipped with a pool table, Playstation 4 and 55" smart TV. It also boosts a top quality football table. We are confident this room will be a paradise for gaming fans and a place where the whole family will have fun. Furthermore, this is where you will find many board games for the younger and older guests.

Pool Area
We have a completely private pool deck with breathtaking views over the 14 acre fully stocked fishing lake. We have no rear neighbors overlooking our beautiful home which allows our guests to enjoy the spectacular lake views and wildlife in peace and tranquility. The house is located at the far end of a Cul- de-sac overlooking the larger of the two lakes in Lake Berkley. which adds to the privacy and peacefulness available on the pool deck.

The south facing pool deck is accessible from the family room allowing guests to sit out at all times of the day or night and enjoy the superb waterfront and wildlife.

Master Bedroom
Our ground floor, en-suite master bedroom is dressed to the highest standard; the super king sized bed sits within this room and is fitted with high standard bed linen. Our room features a wall mounted flat screen 49" smart TV with access to our cable package. The view from this master bedroom across the lake is just breath-taking. The master King bedroom on the ground floor has a walk-in wardrobe.

The six other bedrooms on the second floor (on stair up) comprise of one more King bedroom, 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed and three twin rooms, making it a wonderful and ideal residence for two or three families to vacation together:

Second King bedroom
Our second, en-suite King bedroom also has magnificent views across the lake. The room contains a large super king size bed which is dressed with the finest linen. It has a 49" smart TV with full cable access, and large walk-in wardrobe.

Third King bedroom
Our third en-suite King bedroom contains a large super king size bed and a cot. It has a 49" smart TV with full cable access, a large walk-in wardrobe and a double sink vanity in the bathroom.

Queen bedroom
Our en-suite Queen bedroom is situated on the first floor. It has a wardrobe and a 49" smart TV with full cable access. The queen size bed is an ideal place to relax and recharge after a busy day.

Star Wars room
On the first floor there is a Star Wars themed bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed. The room has its own bathroom, wardrobe and 32" smart TV with full cable package.

Disney room
On the first floor there is another themed room, this time in Disney Frozen style displaying all those famous characters. This room has 2 single beds, its own bathroom, wardrobe and 32" smart TV with full cable package.

Twin bedroom
Also situated on the first floor is an en-suite twin bedroom. The room has ceiling fan additional to the A/C, a large wardrobe and a 49" smart TV with full cable package.
