I always aim to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I take all guest concerns seriously. To clarify for future guests: the game room does have its own individual air conditioning unit, separate from the main system, to help keep the space comfortable. The ice maker is reset between each stay and needs to be switched on from inside to begin producing fresh ice—this is done to ensure cleanliness for each guest. Regarding the fan and light, we’ve since replaced the unit entirely with a brand new one. As for the oven being unplugged, that’s not part of our standard procedure, and it’s unclear how that may have occurred. We did respond promptly during your stay and worked to address the items you brought to our attention as quickly as possible. To clarify, the pool was inspected before and during your stay by a licensed technician who confirmed that the water was chemically balanced and safe for use. Your concern about discoloration was taken seriously, and photos were reviewed internally. We also understand that frustrations can run high during travel, but we were disappointed to hear that the technician was met with hostility while trying to assist. Our team and service partners are here to help, and we ask that all guests treat staff with respect. Our team strives to be responsive and helpful, even outside of business hours. We do monitor communications and prioritize urgent matters outside of regular business hours. Regarding community codes and amenity details, we direct guests to the appropriate sources (such as the staffed clubhouse or guard gate) so they receive the most accurate, real-time information, as policies may change outside of our control. We value guest feedback and appreciate you sharing yours so we can continue to improve.
