Pool/Spa heat is not included in quotes (unless clearly shown) but is available upon request. Pool and spa heat is advisable for bookings in January, February and March then October, November and December. The cost is $40/£30 per day exc tax.

This superb villa has all you need to enjoy a family vacation. You can sit at the pool or in the spa and watch the wildlife on the lake. There are no rear neighbours to worry about here. There is plenty of living space to spread out and relax in the lounge or take it easy in the comfortable sitting area with some peace and quiet. With 4 en suites there will never be a rush for the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and the family can happily sit around the breakfast area, the more formal dining area or enjoy the warmth outside under the shade of the spacious lanai. This villa has safety in mind for those travelling with young children with pool door alarms and safety fencing. It is decorated throughout to a luxury contemporary taste with themed children's rooms to make that magical visit just that bit more special. Smart TVs, a games room and wi fi are all provided for your enjoyment. This is a wonderful home for a large family to holiday in style with plenty of space.


The right choice: If you are looking for a holiday with 5* comfort, the world's best theme parks on your doorstep and a wonderful climate this is really it. This place has it all. If you want the action it is on your doorstep and if you want peace and quiet you can sit by the pool and relax in some very comfortable surroundings.

Our property has a maximum of 13 persons which is typically a combination of adults AND children. Children’s bedrooms and especially beds are not planned for adults in mind. Parties made up solely of adults should assume a capacity of 8 with 4 couples sharing a master bedroom. Adults cannot sleep on children’s bunk beds.

We planned our trip to spend 3 days in Orlando before cruising out of Port Canaveral. We had our family of 7, grandma and my sister’s family. Everyone really enjoyed themselves. The place was large, clean, and welcoming. The game room had everything for the kids to have fun, the pool was nice, and the location was great. We were planning on fishing and kayaking, I didn't realize how close we were to the theme parks and Disney Springs. Communication with the owner was prefect too.

The home is perfect for all the parks in Central Orlando. Given this is an older subdivision (2005) it enjoys a prime location to the parks which the newer subdivisions do not always offer.

Nice Clean comfortable home

Beautiful 6 bedroom home very spacious and comfortable. Great game room with pool table, air hockey and dart board. Very nice pool and hot tub with perfect views of the lake. Beds were very comfortable. Nice large patio with great seating, lots of room to sit in the sun or in the shade. Great house! Would recommend for sure!

Suburb villa, excellent location

If you have a car to get to the parks and enjoy quiet clean luxurious surroundings in the evening to relax, then this is the villa for you! We had a fabulous time, though the pool heat really wasn't needed during our stay, with temperature at around 88 f every day, the children had a fabulous time playing in the 'big bath'! Thank you to the owners for all their help organising our stay.

We live in the UK and as soon as we saw this house with the large water view at the back we wanted to buy it. We felt the location to all the attractions and amenities nearby made it a perfect place for families to stay.

It has a great combination of bedrooms for all the family, in a peaceful area and no rear neighbours.

What makes this property unique

The pool overlooking the water is great, the home just works really well for large parties and offers very comfortable accommodation. In walking distance to WalMart as well if you are up for a little exercise!
Large wall mounted TV in the bedrooms for all the family to enjoy in private down time.
Game room to enjoy some great nights in.
