Located in the quiet an private community of Calabria at Westside. Close to major highways, grocery stores, pharmacy and restaurants. Very close to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Family-friendly activities.
The living room is spacious to accommodate the entire family, has a 75" smart Tv.
The kitchen is completely furnished with new cookwares.
The bedrooms offer Clean linens, clean soft towels.
the bathrooms offer shampoo, conditioners, Liquid body wash, bars soap and toilet papers.
The game room with an amazing Epoxy flooring, Pool table, Chess&checkers table, Foosball table, Playstation 4, etc...
Outside private screened covered swimming pool/spa.

Our family of 5 had a great stay for the 7 days we were there. Very close to the ESPN sports complex and accessible to parks. Great communication with host and home was very welcoming. Would book again!

Excellent Property

My family and I had a great experience at this property. The house is well maintained and very clean. The location is perfect for those who want to be close to the action, but still enjoy quiet and privacy. Working with the property owner was effortless. We look forward to staying at this property again in the future and would recommend to anyone.

House was decent.. it had a very nice layout, pool was clear and clean… but unfortunately this was our first time dealing with a house that was very stingy on things such as essentials and kitchen utensils.. for example toilet paper and napkins…. It says in the description that you get detergent for at least two loads… ha your lucky enough to get a half load done… then they mention in the book of rules that they have on top of a decor table that they would appreciate if we put all of the towels in the washer to wash to help out…. And worst is after you book, host messages you to ask you if you are going to be using the grill and if you like the pool/ SPA to be heated it’s an extra cost… in my experience when using a short term rentals, when you book a place and pay the price everything is included if it’s listed in the amenities..not once you are booked you get stuck with these hidden fees. I’m not one to complain but unfortunately this host was very inhumane don’t expect any hospitality..we arrived to a house that had cockroaches we didn’t make a fuss about since hey if you look up Florida it says that its normal to have some but man it was like an everyday type of thing coming from the garage area which is converted into the game room.

What an amazing stay for Our Family! Its was a little overkill for just us 2 Adults,2yr,4yr and infant. Everything as advertised with all you need. Too much for all the detail. 10/10 recommend and will be back no doubt!

Great Stay

This was a great property. It was clean, located in a quiet neighborhood, and was equipped with everything that we needed for the week that we were there. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, and a short drive to the Disney parks. No complaints at all!

Family Trip

Our family needed a place to stay for a family wedding. The location was perfect for the events. Although we did not spend much time at the house, it was comfortable and a fun atmosphere for a family getaway.

Cons: PlayStation remote controls broke & did not work. Too expensive to get the heat for hot tub. One toilet would back up with nothing in it every time we used it. Have to pay extra to use grill. Towels were in dryer so we had to fold & put away. Pros: nice pool & pool furniture. easy check in. great location for Orlando & all the parks. Clean. Nice house. Can sleep 14 if use couches. Fun entertainment room. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Nice neighborhood. Felt safe.

"Cheer Mom" Trip

Perfect retreat close to Disney, restaurants, & grocery stores. We were able to enjoy morning walks around the quaint neighborhood, hanging out in the hot tub, eating great food, all while working around a cheer competition @ ESPN. The house backs up to woods which adds to the peacefulness. The owner thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable.

Amazing home!

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay here. Check in process was very easy and detailed. Home was clean and comfortable. The owner was very helpful and communicated with us even though it was the Christmas holiday. My family vacations here once a year for the past 5 years. This was the first time we stayed at this home and it was our favorite and easiest rental yet! Highly recommend!

Okay for the price

Weather was cold in Florida during our stay. Hot tub and pool could not be heated to a comfortable temperature to be able to enjoy. Only given 1 towel per person to shower. When I contacted the property manager to get more towels they would only drop them off when we were at the property. But we left early in the morning and got home late. Disappointed, we booked this house because we wanted a private pool and hot tub, but was unable to use either.

New Years Family Vacay

This property is amazing.. We felt so comfortable here, plenty of room and the pool/spa were great to just be able to walk out to and use.. We went to Disney and coming back to soak in the spa was wonderful.. The game room was great and you could not hear anything out side of the game room if you are watching TV etc in the living room. All the extra supplies and care in this home is wonderful.. Fantastic place and will definitely stay again..

Family Disney Trip

My husband, sister, son, daughter in law, granddaughter, and I all loved this house! It was super clean and beautiful. All the Disney parks were within a 30 minute drive. Most closer to 20, depending on time of day. The pool and hot tub were wonderful after a long day at the parks. I highly recommend this place. I’ll never stay “on property “ at Disney again. This was so much easier.

Relaxing get away!

My son and my friends had a relaxing vacation for 4 days at this well appointed property. Our host was really great about communicating with me small hiccup with bath towels not being on the beds when I arrived but he had someone come fairly quickly to fix that. He even got a new air fryer delivered to the house as I let him know my son was picky about what he eats that was a very nice surprise. It was worth having the pool heated for the time we were there but I would not pay extra for the grill by the pool it an older grill not very well maintained didn’t use it more than once during our stay. The house was exactly as the pictures portray it other than not having a dart board in the game room. The washer and dryer was a really nice to have and my son enjoyed the minion bunk beds too! The beds a comfortable and the sectional provided enough sitting for all of us we didn’t need the large dining room table but it probably would be good for bigger parties. I really enjoyed having my morning coffee out on the patio at the dining table outside it was very serene just as the pictures showed and we dined mainly at that table outside too. There is a security camera out by the pool that seemed a bit intrusive but this was my first experience renting a VRBO home so maybe that is more common than I would think. Our overall experience was Definitely very good and I would recommend this home when staying in Kissimmee I felt right at home and it was convenient to all the sights.

Not as Advertised; Will not stay again!

Worst VRBO experience we’ve had…only after sending multiple messages to the owner, who promised to send us checkin info, and us finally calling VRBO for help, did we receive check in/arrival info. By then we had less than 12 hours left before boarding our flights. Second, I was promised that the property would be “sparkling clean” by the owner. I wish I could attach pictures, but when we arrived we were stunned. Sheets were hanging over doors, beds were unmade, floors were dirty with food debris+hairs, dirty dishes, dryer had sheets hanging half in/out of the door, wash machine was full of wet. Wet blankets were hung over furniture. We imm. reached out to the owner who seemed confused. We wanted to leave, but it was almost 10pm and after some back and forth, realizing we had been up for >24 hrs and our young son needed to sleep, we agreed to wait for the property manager, Javier, to arrive. He offered to help and ran around for 30 min. making beds and spot cleaning. He told us 3 times we should request a refund and that hours of cleaning needed to be done. I stayed up until 2am cleaning so we could all use one bathroom and the kitchen. The owner said his cleaning team could come in, but only if we were at home. We had many activities and long days planned with us arriving home each day after 9pm. We ended up doing the cleaning ourselves. VRBO told us they emailed the owner and told him he should compensate us financially, but to date he has not responded to them nor us.

Amazing Disney area villa

We have stayed in Orlando several times, and this is one of the nicest we have stayed in. The villa was immaculately clean, and pretty modern decor in comparison to other villas in the Kissimmee area. The location was ideal for Disney and only 40 mins drive for Universal. Just off the 192, so plenty of options for shops and restaurants.Communication with the host was really good and he was exceptionally quick to rectify a few small issues that didn’t affect our stay.All on one level if you’re nervous about the kids staying on different floors.All in all can’t recommend enough.
