Premier two storey, south facing villa in the fabulous secure gated community of Cumbrian Lakes with wonderful, private, stunning lake & conservation area views .Simply the best position on Cumbrian Lakes with an extra large lanai pool/spa area so you can enjoy watching the Florida wildlife while relaxing in the pool which is not overlooked – there are hedges at either side for maximum privacy and total relaxation ……
In a great location , we’re only 15 minutes from Disney & 20 minutes from Universal & close to all the waterparks – the villa is centrally based and ideal for chilling out after a busy day at the parks !
Five bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms – two King size master bedrooms (en suite) , one downstairs leading onto the pool & the other upstairs has it’s own private balcony with lake views. Free Wi-fi and a 55″ inch TV in the lounge , new flatscreen TV’s in each bedroom and currently recently re-furbished , our villa is the perfect holiday vacation base for a family or friends travelling together

In 2017 after 6 years of renting villas on Cumbrian Lakes we took the plunge as the proud owners of this beautiful 5 bedroom holiday villa with a stunning lakeside view . Over the last 7 years we have had some amazing guests from all over the world stay and experience what makes this villa so special returning time and time again.

The view over the lake with the nature reserve behind and the real life wildlife show constantly playing out from behind the lanai one minute a baby deer having a rest the next a pair of bald eagles soaring on the thermals above
