The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pool heat is available for additional $30/night (minimum $120/stay). Please provide 48 hours advance notice before arrival.
Quite time 10 pm onwards. 2 cars per reservation. Additional guest $25 pp/night for stay. No guest after 10 pm.
Use of the pool, gym etc entirely at the guests' own risk. Guests must follow Clubhouse, HoA rules. $30 per hour early check-in or late check-out.

Our stay was wonderful. Paul checked up on us the first day to make sure all was well. We thought that was a nice touch. The house had more than enough space for all of us and the kids loved the upstairs tv room and game room. Great location to walk to clubhouse pool too. A deciding factor for me is always a real hot tub and a warm pool. This house had both! And that’s not always easy to find. I have a daughter with raynauds and a husband with a bad back, so those are my non negotiables. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Paul for a wonderful place to stay

We had such a wonderful time. Our stay at this beautiful home was breathtaking… it was 9 ladies.. We didn’t leave the house because it was a relaxation weekend. The rooms were so spacious and plenty of bathrooms! Everything you see on the pictures is really what you will walk into. Our host was so responsive and nice. We were accommodated so well. We definitely recommend this to anyone coming to Orlando and the Disney Area.

House was in a great location. We only had 7 people in our party so we had tons of room and was very nice that there were 4 bathrooms too so we could all get ready at the same time. Would definitely recommend and come back to this house.

The house was freshly cleaned and the bedding was very clean. The walk to the pool clubhouse was very short. Pool and hot tub were great. Owner was so quick to respond anytime we messaged him.

We had such a great time and the clubhouse pool and lazy river facilities were a hit for my nieces! Look forward to returning as soon as we can. Our host was quick too in responding to any of my questions and made this a stress free booking and stay.

Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. Everything was as expected and Paul was always so responsive to any questions we had. The house was clean, the pool was warm (we paid for pool heat in March), the clubhouse was just a short walk away. Everyone ages 3-65 enjoyed themselves and we made amazing family memories!

Very nice house

We really enjoyed our vacation and staying at the Windsor by west side resort was amazing. It was nice, updated, and spacious. It was a little far from everything like universal was like 35 mins away but other than that I loved my stay and the resort was really nice had a lot for the kids to do.

Great Vacation Spot

This was a great place to have a lot of family members and friends stay in one place. This house was very spacious and no one was on top of each other. We were there for tropical storm Nicole and the kids made the best of it. Playing hide and seek and still being able to swim in the pool attached to the house. Great stay! I definitely will be back!

Disney/Universal Family Vacation

Our whole family enjoyed our stay! Convenient location to the parks. The home has a very nice stocked kitchen. The pool was clean, home nicely furnished. I’d stay again. The upstairs living area was great for the kids when they wanted to play their games. We didn’t use the game room. Our littles loved the club house and kids pool area. Very nice vacation overall.
