4-bedroom/5-bath townhome at The Moraine. This unit offers a cozy living area with a large flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, dining for 8 (plus 4 stools at the bar), and a fully stocked kitchen with large countertop/bar.

The main level offers a large entry way that leads into a bunk room with a Twin-over-Full bunk bed, and Twin-over-Twin bunk bed and an ensuite bathroom with a combination tub/shower. There is a second bathroom on the main level in the hallway, off of a small living area with a flat-screen TV and pull-out couch. Upstairs on the second floor you will find the kitchen, dining and living room areas. The third floor contains the master bedroom with a Queen bed and ensuite bathroom. There is a second bedroom on this floor with two twin beds and another ensuite bathroom. The top floor has a bedroom with vaulted ceilings, a King bed and an ensuite bathroom.

PLEASE NOTE: Sports teams, companies, corporations, third parties or individuals who are reimbursed by their employers for rent are NOT PERMITTED to rent this property. Moraine Townhomes are located in the mountain area just one mile from the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort. It is a short walk to the Free Bus, which will take you directly to Gondola Square! Moraine Townhomes offer FREE WIFI and an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. There is also a large courtyard area off the back patio, which is perfect kids to play in the summer.

GETTING AROUND:
The Moraine is located a short walk from the free bus line. This free bus can take you to Gondola Square, or to the Downtown area.

Great layout of the condo. Ensuite bathrooms for all rooms is a big plus. It had separate bed options for 9, which is what we needed. The proximity to slopes, ski parking lots and ski shuttle service was excellent and the community hot tub is close to the condo. However, maintenance was an issue (dishwasher, two faucets, one toilet and some blinds all didn't work as intended for some or all of the stay). The management company was responsive, but the dishwasher never worked. They probably should have granted a rent credit of some sort for some of the maintenance inconveniences; but we did not push the issue. All in all, a good place to stay as long as there is confirmation that maintenance issues are resolved.

Comfortable and clean

We had a fabulous stay in this very well appointed house with everything you need. The recently updated kitchen and master bath made for a very comfortable time ! Sleeping arrangements were not a problem with plenty of room for our two families. We walked very easily to the base of the ski hill.

Great place for a guys trip

Only complaint is the front door is broken and apparently has been broken for at least 4 years. Get that fixed!

Amazing

Steamboat Springs is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. The townhouse was clean, comfortable and set up in an amazing fashion. Every bedroom has their own bathroom. I was a little nervous about not having AC but they were right you do not need it. The nights were so incredibly cool and comfortable, I am very thankful to the owners for allowing us to stay in their facility. We had such an amazing time.

41st annual ski trip

Eight guys spent their 41st annual ski trip together at the steamboat Springs home. The Home worked well for our outing was centrally located close to the shuttle with a common hot tub for the complex. Only complaint was the grill was not on the patio, but had to go down and wheel it out of the garage into the driveway to cook. we had a snowstorm which made that difficult for us. Other than that thumbs up to the property management company and owner for comfortable accommodations

Lovely Home; Misleading Descriptions

The home was very nice and in a great location to access both the ski resort and downtown areas. We were very displeased to learn when we arrived that there was not a private hot tub as advertised. We had only considered properties that advertised onsite hot tubs, but this one was misleading, as the hot tub was about a 5 minute walk from the condo with limited hours. This also factored into the price, of course. We could have stayed elsewhere for the same price but actually had a hot tub at the property. The address was also inaccurate, so we had to call in order to find the right property and be able to check in. Not very efficient. Shuttles were nearby to catch a ride to the resort, or you could also walk there in about 15 minutes. The shuttle to downtown is a bit farther away, about a 10 minute walk to the shuttle, then another 10-15 minute ride. All in all, the place was nice and we would have been very pleased had we not been mislead.

Nowhere in the listing has it ever said that there is a private hot tub at this property. It clearly states that the pool and hot tub facilities are shared. I am sorry if you misunderstood that when booking the property. The listing is correct as advertised and the pool and hot tub hours are from 9am to 9pm, a standard timeframe for most complexes in Steamboat. Family Holiday Getaway

Very nice property. Very close to the ski resort and downtown Steamboat Springs as described in the listing. Not a single complaint about the property or the process. Property manager was also very flexible and understanding and directly handled the few issues we did have.
