You will also be 2 minutes from the Technopôle de l'Arbois, 10 minutes from the historic city center of Aix and 15 minutes from Marseille-Provence airport.

Your stay will be facilitated by the provision of a private garage in the basement and by the presence of some local shops. Nearby public transport links also allow you to reach the city center.
