VIEUX BOUCAU: Superb very welcoming 1-bedroom apartment, on the ground floor. Completely renovated, it offers a very warm decoration, in the center of Vieux Boucau while being quiet. Restaurants, shops, market are just a few steps away, the beach is 1 km away, the lake and the cyclig road at 500 m. Layout: a living room with sofa and flat screen TV, an open kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, induction hob, oven combined microwave/ grill...), a bedroom with double bed and closet, a bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and washing machine. Pretty shaded terrace with awning and bicycle parking. 1 private parking space.
Capacity: 2 people. A contribution to charges of €25 per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER et MID-MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra 70€). Bonjour, alors pour nous, petit soucis de câble de TV et miroir au dessus de la plaque de cuisson tout rayé fait certainement par les locataires précédents. Personnel très réactif et sympathique, nous avons réglé le problème de suite. Franchement je resigne pour l'année prochaine très beau logement tout confort. Merci.

Au calme tout près du centre

Location très bien située et vraisemblablement restaurée il y a peu. Très bien pour un couple. 1 km de marche tranquille pour accéder aux grandes plages. A savoir: Il y a un sac de croquettes à dispo pour nourrir les chats errants qui ne manquent pas de se présenter! Cela ne nous a pas déranger mais il faut aimer nos amis les bêtes !
