PYLA SUR MER - Close to the Corniche, and next to the Pyla Tennis Club, charming Gaume style villa, nicely renovated, with 105m² of living space on 2 levels, offering 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor: entrance / laundry room (washing machine and dryer), small bathroom, separate toilet, hallway leading to 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 80x190cm twin beds & 1 bedroom with 2 90x190cm bunk beds. Upstairs: (access via the interior spiral staircase or exterior straight staircase): dining room and living room (TV, Wifi Internet, Wifi speaker, fireplace), small open kitchen (glass ceramic stove, fridge-freezer combi, extractor hood , dishwasher, kettle, Expresso machine....), bedroom 4 (140x200cm bed), toilet, bathroom. Enclosed garden of 390m², wooden terrace at the back with equipped summer kitchen, parking for cars... Access to the Corniche and Dune du Pyla on foot, Le Moulleau by bike (cycle path) approx. 3km and Arcachon town center approx. 8km. Cleaning fee included. Linen not provided, possibility to rent through the agency, [hidden] 1 pack 140/160cm sheets + towels = 42€/week - 1 pack 90cm sheets + towels = 32€/week. During winter, heating consumption will be billed in addition to the rent according to meter readings. Property managed by a professional. Maison bien placée

La maison est bien placée géographiquement car les plages sont accessibles rapidement, la dune également mais malheureusement elle est le long d une avenue très passante. La maison est fonctionnelle mais les chambres du bas sont très humides. Il y a 8 couchages mais les espaces communs dans la maison (salon/salle à manger/cuisine) sont très petits : maximum 5 adultes ou couples avec enfants éventuellement.

excellent séjour. Accueil très chaleureux de l'Agence arcachonaise pour la remise des clefs. A re...

Maison de type basco-landais, très propre et meublée avec goût, idéalement située toute proche des plages et de la dune du Pilat. Ambiance cosy, ameublement approprié au bord de mer. Très confortable et bien chauffée. A recommander. Petit bémol tout de même, nous avons du déplorer l'absence de couteau à huîtres; outil ô combien indispensable en période de Noël sur le bassin d'Arcachon.
