In Sète, in a comfortable residence with swimming pool, in the heart of the typical fishing and pleasure port district, a three-room holiday apartment for 4 people with a sea view.
This 59 m² flat has been completely renovated and beautifully decorated. It is located on the 1st floor with a lift and has an East-facing aspect.
It comprises a kitchenette equipped with 4 induction hobs, a fridge freezer, an oven, a microwave, filter coffee maker, kitchen utensils and a washing machine.
Living room with television. A bathroom and a separate toilet.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: 1 double bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other bedroom.
A large private garage on level -1 (L 5m x w 2.90m x h 1.85m).
Swimming pool in summer
Animals are not accepted.
Bed linen and towels not provided. Rental possible, please contact us.
Unheated shared swimming pool open in season (from 1 June to 30 September).
The first beaches on the corniche are approximately 700 metres away. Note that a bus stop is located in front of the building (buses every ten minutes) - close to the town centre and shops within walking distance.
