About this property
Pleasant apartment with terrace and parking, faculty district
Quiet apartment of 35 m2, on the ground floor, with terrace of 50 m2, and closed underground parking with reserved space.
Composed of a living room, with equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, hob, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher) and everything needed for cooking, sofa bed for 2 people.
Bathroom with bath, sink, toilet.
Bedroom with a double bed in 160, and closet
Note: this is the first time that we have rented for the summer. The apartment was previously occupied by our daughter during her studies. We will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
We do not yet have WiFi but it is being installed (fiber). It should happen in the coming days
