Ideally located in the district of Boulevard Thiers, the apartment allows to enjoy the beach (100m), shops and atmosphere of the city center while being quiet.
On the 3rd and last floor with elevator the apartment is bright, with a very nice opening onto the sea and an underground parking space.
With a surface of 73 m2, it has a kitchen open to the living room facing south west, a terrace with a table, 2 quiet rooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Fantastic apartment just seconds from the grand plage

Wonderful apartment located in a quiet neighborhood just moments from the grand plage. Laurent was fantastic to work with and provided us with detailed instructions and a whole booklet of recommendations for places to check out and eat while in town. We had a great time and would highly recommend this apartment!

Un bel appartement avec une belle vue sur l'océan

Avons passé 15 jours de vacances dans l'appartement de Laurent. Propre, calme, lumineux, bien équipé, bien décoré et de beaux ouvrages sur le Pays Basque à feuilleter. Le seul bémol reste l'accès au parking de la résidence.

Appartement conforme à l’annonce. Tout à pied comme nous aimons avec voiture garée au sous sol. Attention si vous avez une grande voiture l’accès au sous sol est un peu compliqué et nécessite de manœuvrer.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Laurent qui nous a reçu de manière très sympathique. Nous étions idéalement situés près de la plage et à proximité de tout. L'appartement est très clair et super bien équipé. La petite terrasse avec vue sur la mer, idéal pour y manger. Résidence au calme et cerise sur le gâteau "basque", la place de parking en sous-sol ! Nous conseillons vivement cet appartement et cet hôte. Merci Laurent !

Très bel appartement spacieux, bien équipé et très bien situé

Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par la personne chargée de nous recevoir. Le séjour s'est bien passé pour tous avec mon épouse et mes deux petits fils. Accés très rapide à la grande plage et proximité du centre ville. Juste une amélioration possible : proposer ménage en fin de séjour contre rémunération. Propriétaire et personne d'accueil très réactifs.

Tout d’abord, les échanges tant avec le propriétaire et la personne nous accueillant à l’arrivée (Sabrina) ont été très sympathiques. L’appartement est idéalement situé près du centre ville et de la plage permettant de tout faire à pied. Celui-ci est très spacieux, meublé avec goût, bien équipé ( freebox et tv dans chaque chambre) et où rien ne manque. La terrasse permet de prendre ses repas et c’est très appréciable. Emplacement parking indispensable en haute saison ( si vous avez un véhicule long il faudra faire quelques manœuvres pour l’accès mais la place de parking en elle-même est grande). Très apprécié également le linge de lit et de maison (serviettes de toilette Bouchara) fourni ainsi que le livret d’accueil adressé par mail qui a donné notamment quelques adresses (Bellini une petite pépite). Merci pour cette attention. Une très bonne adresse à conserver pour un prochain séjour.

Conditions optimales pour un séjour réussi : excellent emplacement à deux pas de la grande plage pour cet appartement lumineux avec balcon suffisant grand et parking ( même si les conditions d'accès ne sont pas évidentes). Un propriétaire et une personne à l'accueil à l'écoute et réactifs. Rien ne manque dans cet appartement tout neuf. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.
