Very beautiful old restored farmhouse with a magnificent alley of Florentine cypress and lavender, large parking available in fenced park with automatic gate.
The farmhouse consists of 6 bedrooms & 6 bathrooms + extra chalet and office with sofa bed, splendid heated swimming pool and pool house.
On 2 levels:
Ground floor: Living and Dining room, 1 Bedroom + shower room and wc, 1 Dining room on the swimming pool side, Fully equipped kitchen with central island, 1 Guest room on the swimming pool side + bathroom & shower & wc, Entrance, 1 separate toilet and large utility room + 1 bedroom in a mazet overlooking the swimming pool with shower and separate wc and small extra lounge.
In the little extra chalet (air conditioning), you can accommodate passing friends or one or two teenagers.
Floor:
1 large office with sofa bed, 1 Bedroom + bathroom overlooking the avenue of Florentine cypress, 1 Bedroom with bathroom and shower and annex 2 bunk beds and outdoor terrace overlooking the pool and the olive grove. 1 bedroom with shower room and closed wc with outdoor terrace overlooking the Alpilles in the distance.
Located in an area (4 hectares), you will have access to a tennis court nearby.
