Family and friends love to gather at Beach Funatics! Located right on the Gulf coast, Beach Funatics features a heated, 15' x 30' ft beachfront private pool. Start your day by stepping out your door onto the sugar sand for a walk along the beach as you watch the sunrise over the Emerald Coast. Then settle into the beach chairs with umbrellas that are set up for you every day, just feet from the beautiful Gulf water.
With over 6,000 square feet and sleeping for 36 guests, the home has space for everyone! Enjoy time together or find your personal quiet place. Gather in two spacious great rooms on the 2nd floor, each with their own modern kitchens. One gathering room has a comfortable couch, flat screen TV, pool table and several bar dining areas adjacent to its kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and granite counters. The other gathering room boasts an even larger couch and table seating for 20. This kitchen is brand new with a large island & new stainless steel appliances. Each kitchen provides plenty of pantry storage and open shelving for all your food. Both kitchens on level 2 open onto a spacious deck that is great for watching the sunrise or sunset or serving a meal on the provided tables. On level one there is a mini kitchen as well as a full kitchen, making it easy to BBQ on the patio. With a total of 4 refrigerators, 4 ovens, 3 cooktops, 4 microwaves and 4 sinks, there is plenty of space for gourmet cooking or a quick reheat of last night's take home meal.

Step out on the 2nd floor deck for views of the gulf, sand, private patio and pool. On the patio there is patio seating, tables, recliners and two gas BBQ grills between the pool and the gulf water. In the evening, watch the sunset from your large private patio with a bonfire as you make smores and listen to the ocean waves.

The 1st floor has the Fishing bunkhouse with four queen beds, and the Patriotic bunk house with four queen beds. There is also a private bedroom with a door to the patio and a queen bed. This level also has a fun game room. Kids and adults will love playing the retro Pac Man and Avengers arcade consoles or challenging each other to foosball or shuffleboard. The mini kitchen complete with a commercial ice maker is great for quick runs in from the beach. This level also has a theater space with tiered seating, console game systems, a dining table and another full kitchen to help with your patio BBQs!

On the 3rd floor you will find the Turtle suite, which features a king bed, remodeled bathroom with walk in shower and large sunroom overlooking the Gulf. Equipped with comfortable chairs and a table, this is a great place for that business meeting that can't wait until after vacation. This sunroom also has a twin daybed for those little ones who need to sleep close to Mom and Dad. Next door is the seahorse room with a king bed and its own full bathroom with a tub shower combo. The Seashell room boasts another king bed and a huge walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The Octopus suite is similar to the Turtle suite, with a king bed, ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower, and another sunroom. The sunrooms provide space where two people can work undisturbed and enjoy the beach view.

Next is the Nautical family suite. This area consists of a bunkhouse with 2 twin over twin bunks and a separate bedroom with 2 queens. These rooms are joined by a double bathroom with two sink and toilet areas and one tub/shower area. Great for families with small children!

A TV in every room, plush comfortable couches in the living rooms, strong Wifi, a commercial ice maker for endless ice, and a couple of gaming systems equals perfection inside.

Walk across the street to the popular Alvin's Island. Find treasures like shark tooth necklaces or a giant blow up llama for the swimming pool. Hop on the 4 beach cruiser bikes provided with this home and take a spin down to the local Waffle House for some chocolate chip, pecan waffles or hit up the local Chick-Fil-A. Walk down the sand to the beach entrance to the popular Surf Hut restaurant. Drive less than a mile to the Silver Sands Outlet Mall and find some great deals.

The owner's 23 grandkids love coming here for vacation, and your family and friends will too! Kid friendly, adult approved. Not formal…just fun: Beach Funatics!
