Abritel = escroquerie !!!

Vous Abritel, plate-forme de location ne faîte pas votre travail envers les clients !!! Nous avons réservé un gîte isolé et .Mais enla surprise était un appartement sous la maison du propriétaire. Celui-ci nous a accueilli correctement. Gîte juste équipés, micro onde,frigo,pas de four. Endroit fait de lambris des années 1980,vieux et humide surtout la chambre. Pas de fenêtres,et une odeur d humide, . Après avoir appelé Abritel dans l'heure de la réservation et palabrer avec un conseiller qui ne peut p rien faire. 390 euros pris d office et non remboursable . Votre site est une escroquerie, vous sous- louer des gîtes et vender des lieux mirifiques sur photos sans jamais les avoir visité !. Jamais plus de réservation sur Abritel. Et je compte bien le faire savoir sûr les réseaux sociaux de manière à que d autres personnes se retrouve piéger sur votre site. Cdt J.Yves Bonhomme

Le hebergement avait tout ce qui fallait pour une semaine. La salle de bain etant trop petite pour etre confortable aprês une semaine. Aussie la chaleur ( pas de air- conditionnée). Mais pour une courte visite c’était três bien. On ne se plaint pas!. Merci à Patricia et Pascale

Nous ne comprenons pas votre appréciation : très bien pour une courte durée avec 3 étoiles . Je vous rappelle le descriptif de l'annonce de la location : petit duplex 40 m2 idéal pour 2 personnes sans climatisation mentionnée mais nous avons mis à votre disposition un ventilateur mais aussi vos propos votre location n'est pas chère 68€ la nuitée en pleine saison pour la prestation fournie que je rappelle : linge fourni / lit fait à l'arrivée / pot d'accueil /bouteille de rosé dans le frigo mais aussi le cadre un parc de 8000 m / terrasse ombragée avec barbecue / 3 bains de soleil / coin apéritif avec fauteuils. Vous n'aviez rien à redire en partant seulement des remerciements et vous n'avez même pas fait le ménage ni sorti les poubelles. Votre appréciation n'est donc pas objective c'est regrettable pour des propriétaires qui ont fait le maximum pour votre bien être pendant votre séjour.

Revel and Lac St Ferriol

The property was not quite what I was expecting from the photos. It was smaller which suited my husband and I given the weather we had which meant we spent all the time outside but was a bit cramped for the few days my adult daughter was with us. The main bedroom has no windows which meant no natural light and as someone used to having a window open every night, even in the depths of winter, it got quite hot and stuffy at night. That said, the outdoor space was wonderful with sufficient tables/chairs/sunbeds for us to be able to relax and enjoy the surroundings. There was a barbeque which we used every night! There were wonderful sunsets at night. Pascal and his wife were very welcoming and were happy to assist us with the small issues we had with the bikes (which are on site for use) and the use of their oven (the apartment doesn't have one!) The surrounding countryside (Lac St Ferriol and La Montagne Noire) is beautiful with a wonderful array of small hilltop villages. The Saturday market at Revel is worth visiting .
