Steamboat's spectacular Alpenglow produces unforgettable colors on the mountain after skiing and you'll see snow cats grooming the mountain in the evening from the dining room, great room and upper bedrooms.

2022 Update - The Basement's major remodel has been completed! A new theatre room with air conditioning has been built, a workout room added with Peloton and treadmill, full Bar, new ski locker room, etc. All new trim, woodwork, floors, two bedrooms with private bathroom and custom built in bunk beds.

Edelweiss Chalet exquisitely accommodates large groups. Our home features seven-bedroom suites each including its own private full bathrooms, with luxurious feather bedding and cozy European-style comforters. All bedrooms are equipped with cable TV's, a humidifier & fan for your comfort. Bedding configurations include 4 king size beds (one is convertible to 2 Twins on request), two full-size beds, 2 Twin over Twin bunks and 3 Queen over Queen bunks. Additionally Pack & Play Cribs (2) and an inflatable bed for little ones needing to sleep in a parents' room are available at no added charge. We have ten bathrooms, including the seven ensuite baths.

We have what is truly considered to be a gourmet kitchen. This fabulous kitchen is equipped with Viking, KitchenAid Architect Series, and Bosch appliances for your own personal chef or the gourmets in your group or family. It is finished with natural oak floors, cherry cabinets, and imported customized granite counters and backsplash. The kitchen features multiple workstations with two KitchenAid dishwashers and 3 sinks in the various prep areas, a desk space, two double convection self-cleaning ovens, microwave, and a Viking six-burner gas grill. Spice Drawers, Utensil Drawers, Pancake Griddles, and Waffle Irons, and Large Crockpots. There are 2 Drip Coffee Pots, a Keurig Coffee Bar, and a Built-In KitchenAid Ice Machine. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to create fabulous drinks, hour d'oeuvres and meals for the group.

Our lower level offers a large recreation room complete with a bar, a regulation pool table, poker table, ski room, fitness room, and direct access to the hot tub area. The theater has two rows of recliner seating to enjoy the 80-inch big-screen home theater with surround sound giving sports lovers and movie buffs a front row seat, plus a second smaller screen for watching multiple games. The eight-person deluxe hot tub with therapeutic massage jets offering you the chance to soak away the exertions of the day while enjoying spectacular mountain views.

There are 2 Wireless WI-FI HIGH-SPEED INTERNET SYSTEMS throughout the Chalet and multiple SONOS speakers as well!
