This is a VERY CLEAN home with thoughtful touches that go beyond just a "vacation rental." Please note that the garage does *NOT* come with the home. We use it for the riding lawn mower, snow blower and many tools to keep the property looking beautiful!

We are located just 5 MINUTES from Downtown Leavenworth! You'll be roaming the countless shops & restaurants in no time, yet far enough away to have your privacy. On the property, you'll also enjoy the year round propane fire pit on the front porch, BBQ, Basketball hoop, lawn games, and a creek in the backyard.

Our family has stayed in countless vacation rentals and have taken something special from each one and incorporated those things into this very Exceptional home.

Our property also has plenty of space for trailers pulling snow mobiles, an RV, additional vehicles & more!

There is a possibility that you will hear the train pass in the night (train track located across the way on other side of the street). It hasn't bothered anyone, but I thought I should mention it anyway.

We live onsite in a little house. It's rare that you will see us during your stay. We give you 1000% privacy. Our reviews tell you how many guests have enjoyed it here.

Best Leavenworth trip ever!!

We decided to do an experience instead of gifts this year. We had the best time. From the Christmas lights they had for us to the house that met all of the comforts of home. We are already talking about a return trip next year. In case you are concerned about the train, it was a conversation piece that didn’t disturb anyone’s sleep. Kathy

We celebrated my mother's 80th birthday in one of her favorite places, Leavenworth, WA. From the kitchen to the bathrooms the house was so well stocked and labeled perfectly! Love all the cute signs! Would stay again.

The house was great for our 2 families. Great for kids to play and stay. The house had many indoor games and a huge yard for football, disc golf, volleyball etc. house was very comfortable.

Our group of six adults really enjoyed our stay! The accommodation was clean, very tastefully decorated and very well stocked. The house has lots of room both inside and out, and we really enjoyed playing with all of the games, especially the disc golf! We would definitely stay here again!!

The owner has taken great care to have everything that you would need. Even earplugs by the bed with a water bottle. The house is set up fabulous. Train is a little loud but manageable. I would definitely stay here again.

And now our dream has become a reality as our first Airbnb will be founded in the most breathtaking city of Leavenworth, WA. And, we get to share it with you. Here's a little about us.

​Jason served in the United States Navy for 25 years retiring in 2013. He is now a VERY patient school bus driver for the City of Leavenworth. He will also be your private maintenance professional making sure that everything is in working order prior to your stay.​

Kristiina has worked in many areas of management through out the last 20 years. In 2012 she founded a non profit organization that changed the lives of several thousands of individuals all over the United States, Kenya, Mexico and the Philippines. She recently retired to pursue this life long dream of serving others through her gift of generosity.
