Meadow Dance Lodge is larger than it looks.
Guests often are surprised by the 3300 sq foot expansive 4 bedroom home.
The Lodge sleeps up to 8 [+] comfortably [inquire for additional space information].
Expect great mountain and meadow views along with wild life sightings out every window!
We are less than 2 miles and within 5 minutes drive to downtown Leavenworth, grocery shopping, fuel, and nearby activities. We're located on Joyful Place... a very quiet, peaceful and private neighborhood road just off East Leavenworth Road,
We are within minutes from all the recreational activities including hiking trails, Leavenworth Hatchery, the Enchantments, cross-country skiing, snow shoeing, sleigh rides, paddle boarding, tubing, rafting, kayaking, horseback riding, bird watching, fishing. and much more.

Meadow Dance Lodge has 4 bedrooms. The master is on the main floor. the bunk beds and 2 queen bedrooms There are a total of 2.5 bathrooms, a very spacious kitchen with bar seating for 4] next to the dining table for 6, /kitchen and open living and dining room floor plan, perfect for family gatherings. FYI everyone. We have lots of table games including our new commercial video game table top with 420 games to choose from. Remember Pong?

Open the French Doors, bring the outdoors in and expand the living area onto the deck furnished with a Weber gas grill, lounging furniture, hot tub and fire pit to enjoy the outdoor scenery and especially the birds and the deer... Its all about the Dance!!

The bunk room has 2 bunk beds, the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms with queen beds are on the second floor along with another full bathroom w/ bath tub.

At the end of a fun filled day, enjoy the stars while sitting in the hot tub or gathering around the fire pit.

For extra guests accommodations consider Riverdance Lodge [#212221] next door to Meadow Dance Lodge and also sleeps up to 8 plus guests. Call Greg for more information. Our Chelan county STR permit # is 000443.

Great time at Meadowdance

Our group had stayed in this beautiful property a few years ago, and we were eager to return. The property is very comfortable and all of our group enjoyed it. We especially appreciated the beautiful views out of every window!

Fantastic Getaway to Leavenworth!

Excellent stay along the beautiful Icicle River! We booked both Riverdance and Meadowdance. We have stayed at both several times and as always they exceed our expectations. Also Greg is a wonderful host and graciously welcomed us. We will definitely be returning!

Between the house being exactly what we needed for our family vacation, which included a 9month old and a dog, and Mother Nature giving us a snow fall one night, this was an epic stay. 10 minutes to downtown Leavenworth and surrounded by dozens of hikes.10/10 recommend!

Quiet retreat

Greg’s place was wonderful. Surrounded by nature and tranquility. The home was well equipped with all the comforts of home and he stopped by to personally welcome us for our stay. It was nice to have room to stretch our legs and let the kids play

We met friends from different corners of the state, the house was perfect for our needs! Greg was nice enough to let us check in early and checked in with us to make sure we were good to go. We loved sitting in the hot tub in the falling snow next to the awesome fire pit!

Cozy getaway

We loved staying at Greg's place! It was comfortable and cozy and great for kids and babies. The kitchen is spacious, the living room is comfortable with a great TV and the rooms are very comfortable. Three bathrooms was a plus and the hot tub was a huge bonus! Everything was clean and well stocked. Our host was friendly and responsive. Would love to be back!

Wonderful

Wonderful stay! The house is much larger than the pics show and great layout for a large family. Master on the main is perfect! Perfect entry to kick shoes and hang jackets and gear before entering the main house helped to keep everything clean. Lots of counter space in kitchen and cozy couches.

Oh my, how great!

What an absolutely beautiful place and surroundings. The design, layout, attention to detail and the comfortable air to the place made our stay wonderful. Greg, the property manager and builder of the place lives next door and is a joy to talk with. He's created a great place to stay, is a long time local and has some great stories if you have a chance to chat with him. Leavenworth is a fun area to be, and this place makes for a perfect base.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time at the property and loved the location. We had enough space for our family and we all enjoyed the hot-tub, especially the kids. There were deer that came to visit in the yard each night and it was fun to watch them while sitting on the deck. We had a few minor issues that were quickly resolved by the owner who conveniently lives on-site. The house feels private even though there are neighbors not far and it was very close to great hikes, town, and all other activities.

Winter House

We booked this house based on the fact that it allowed small dogs as well as its proximity to town. Our kids LOVED the hot tub and this house had a spacious main floor with a big kitchen and kitchen/dining table to have meals and play games. This is exactly what we need to escape from the busy hustle and bustle of city life! Our dog had the best time as well running around in the snow!

Most vrbo experiences are a once and done whether good or bad but this place hits all the checkboxes for us. Very clean, quiet, spacious and functional. Only 7 minutes from downtown. Our stay matched well with the expectations from the listing. Hot tub, firepit, big back yard are all A+. Kitchen is super well stocked. They thought of everything including a generous amount of towels. Host is outstanding and communicative. Wish there was something I could recommend improving but i got nothing. this place deserves every 5 star review.

A very nice house with lots of space and comfortable amenities. Large kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pans plus gas grill for cooking for a big group. Great location close to town, but still far enough out to be quiet and relaxing. Communication with the host was easy and responsive. Our only issue was that we had poor cell service here and the WIFi was not working great at first. However, When we notified the host, they remedied the issue quickly. Overall I think this is a good value for a nice place and would definitely stay again.

I'm a Michigan native and moved here in 1980 to enjoy all the outdoor opportunities Leavenworth has to offer. I'm an avid hiker and dog lover.

In 1980, my wife and I set out from Michigan on a 3000 3 year purest hike across the U.S. in search of the perfect location for us to call home. Yes...We really did walk every foot. We discovered our new home here in Leavenworth.

I also discovered my new career, Innkeeping is right up my alley.
In 2005, River Meadows LLC was born, Riverdance Lodge opened and later that year expanded to include Meadow Dance Lodge across the street from Riverdance Lodge .

One of the things that I enjoy most is watching the sun rise why'll fishing King Salmon at our Riverdance Lodge property. I live next door to Meadow Dance Lodge and from my hot tub, watch the sunrise on the Enchantments every morning.
I feel very fortunate to have found my home in this magical location....come share the next dance with me!
